Jan Watermann

Jan Watermann is the co-host of Banking Without Borders, a show on the Technically Money YouTube channel covering banking products, travel money, and the financial realities of life across borders.

A digital nomad and seasoned traveller, Jan brings first-hand experience to everything the show covers — he's living it, not just talking about it.

By day he's a digital strategist and SEO consultant, co-founder of Pragmatic Business, and co-founder of DepositScout, one of the UK's most transparent savings comparison platforms.

Sharp, commercially minded, and genuinely global — he's the perfect co-host for a show about banking without limits.

Jonny Pease

Jonny is the host of Banking Without Borders, a show on the Technically Money YouTube channel that he co-hosts with Jan Watermann.

The show covers banking products, fintech, travel money, and the financial realities of living and working across borders — from the best travel cards and multi-currency accounts to digital nomad life and the latest from the UK's biggest challenger banks.

Alongside the show, Jonny oversees product development at DepositScout, building tools that make savings comparisons simpler and less painful.

With a background in digital marketing, video production, and branding, he brings a sharp eye for making complex financial topics genuinely watchable.

When he's not filming, he's with his family, planning his next trip, or making a valiant attempt to finish reading The Economist.

Tim Chong

Tim Chong is the co-founder and CEO of Yonder, a modern travel rewards credit card built for people who want to get something back from their spending.

Before Yonder, Tim spent six years at Accenture in management consulting, worked in risk and operations at IBM and ANZ, and joined ClearScore where he rose to Head of Product — giving him a sharp understanding of both strategy and fintech.

In 2020, he co-founded Yonder with a simple idea: that a credit card should genuinely reward you for the things you love. It's now one of the most talked-about challenger cards in the UK.
