Jane leads Lowther Consulting, a company that works at the individual, team and larger system level to help leaders anticipate and respond effectively to the challenges thrown up by an increasingly complex, dynamic and fast changing environment.  

 

Jane has over 30 years’ experience working as a coach directly with individuals and teams, helping them identify and remove internal and external barriers to performance, creativity and impact. She is particularly fascinated at present by the complex relationship women often have to the issue of power and is keen to help them take up and use their power and authority effectively and with integrity.

Nuala is an independent consultant with a deep curiosity about what motivates individuals and groups, and how it shapes their behaviour. With extensive training and experience in leadership and organisational culture change, Nuala works with clients to develop their self-awareness and improve their decision-making, supporting them to implement effective strategies that address leadership challenges. She is particularly interested in how power operates—often unconsciously—within systems, and how greater awareness can lead to more ethical, inclusive, and creative uses of power.

A/Prof Kudzai Kanhutu

Multi-award-winning infectious diseases specialist, A/Prof Kanhutu has received national recognition for her contribution to health equity initiatives. Testament to her commitment to community wellbeing, A/Prof Kanhutu continues to provide patient care in the hospital and as a member of the Medical Board of Australia.
