1
00:00:02.029 --> 00:00:09.870
Amy Charbonneau: So, Dip, thank you for being here today and being willing to talk about your experience.

2
00:00:10.120 --> 00:00:25.310
Amy Charbonneau: with quantum testing and, the inner healing that we did the other day. So, I want you to just share some of your insights on, one, why did you decide, to give it a shot?

3
00:00:26.770 --> 00:00:35.959
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Well, I… I've been… since I've gone through this, getting my master certification in neurocoaching.

4
00:00:36.080 --> 00:00:38.940
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: In order to be a…

5
00:00:39.250 --> 00:00:44.409
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: good player, I've got to be a good coach. In order to be a good coach.

6
00:00:44.730 --> 00:00:54.620
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: I had to learn how to be a good player. So, I wanted the roles to be changed, and not about just gathering knowledge, gathering knowledge, gathering knowledge, and not implement

7
00:00:55.050 --> 00:00:56.950
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Anything into my own life.

8
00:00:57.080 --> 00:00:59.280
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: And I realize there's another step.

9
00:00:59.760 --> 00:01:08.240
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: There's a lot more steps, but there's another step. So, when we went through this, last Saturday, it was…

10
00:01:08.530 --> 00:01:10.919
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: A deep dive into…

11
00:01:11.150 --> 00:01:18.790
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: my past, and a deliverance into my past. And I didn't realize I was still carrying baggage

12
00:01:19.210 --> 00:01:24.960
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: From years ago. And also, I didn't realize that there was bags to be carried.

13
00:01:25.570 --> 00:01:29.400
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: you know, I didn't know, because until…

14
00:01:29.590 --> 00:01:36.320
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: We go into the things that you were explaining and helping me get past and deliver.

15
00:01:36.710 --> 00:01:38.250
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: I didn't know they existed.

16
00:01:38.630 --> 00:01:51.650
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: But it helped me understand that, yeah, we all have baggage. We all want to board the plane with extra baggage, extra carry-on. We just don't want to let go of it. And I did not even know I was carrying that much.

17
00:01:53.020 --> 00:02:10.390
Amy Charbonneau: Yeah, most people, I think, go through life, not knowing, and science tells us that that's because our subconscious is running 95% of everything that we think and do. You know, we're really only consciously aware of about 5% of our thoughts on a good day.

18
00:02:10.440 --> 00:02:24.999
Amy Charbonneau: And so, 95% of our life is just automated, you know, and those things are running, those programs that we don't realize are there, are just running our life, and that's why we end up feeling

19
00:02:25.530 --> 00:02:33.960
Amy Charbonneau: the way we end up feeling. You know, there could be a series of things. We could experience. Irritation and frustration, because we can't reach certain goals.

20
00:02:33.960 --> 00:02:47.730
Amy Charbonneau: We can be, anxious or depressed or fearful around certain things because of our experiences in relationships. You know, we can withhold and withdraw from people and connections that we need for life.

21
00:02:47.730 --> 00:03:02.659
Amy Charbonneau: You know, because of those fears and the insecurities that we feel. But once we dig around in there and we remove that stuff, the beautiful thing is, now your new automation helps you instead of hinders you.

22
00:03:03.550 --> 00:03:16.149
Amy Charbonneau: And so, before we jumped on here to record, you were talking about overall feeling more peace. So, talk about that a little bit, because it's one of the things I think is the hardest to explain to people.

23
00:03:16.460 --> 00:03:26.419
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Well, it's just, you know, when the Lord answers the prayer of… you pray for deliverance in different areas by asking questions.

24
00:03:26.720 --> 00:03:29.730
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: And… and now the shackles are off.

25
00:03:30.400 --> 00:03:35.299
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: you know, the change are off. I'm untied from the past.

26
00:03:35.510 --> 00:03:43.139
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: And it just drops off, you know, drops off my shoulders. And, you know, I'm a prideful person. I'm a… I'm a…

27
00:03:43.850 --> 00:03:57.180
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: professional… former professional basketball player, and, you know, we can do this, you know, in our… in our ego of… of self, we can do this ourselves. And… and so… so to… to see…

28
00:03:58.310 --> 00:04:01.060
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: And feel it get delivered.

29
00:04:01.190 --> 00:04:16.960
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: you know, stuff just dropped off. You know, it doesn't… doesn't exist anymore. So things from my past, even from my late mom, who… we had a strained relationship for most of my growing up life.

30
00:04:17.070 --> 00:04:26.360
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: And to… and even though she's passed, to forgive her for the things that, you know, she wasn't a mom that I had hoped for.

31
00:04:26.800 --> 00:04:28.120
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: when I was growing up.

32
00:04:28.990 --> 00:04:35.399
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: to pray for deliverance on that, I didn't realize I was still carrying that. You know, it becomes a bondage.

33
00:04:35.560 --> 00:04:40.929
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Of… and be forgiving her. Forgiving her? She's already passed away. Why should I forgive her?

34
00:04:41.330 --> 00:04:43.989
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Well, it's still hindering me.

35
00:04:44.320 --> 00:04:52.349
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Right. So, just the freedom, you know, I just feel free, and… and I don't experience…

36
00:04:52.470 --> 00:04:56.270
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: the same things that I was, in my mind.

37
00:04:56.550 --> 00:05:02.669
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: And that's not… I don't feel trapped. I just feel like a clear path of freedom as I go forward.

38
00:05:02.820 --> 00:05:23.430
Amy Charbonneau: That's so amazing. I want to just touch on language a little bit, because words like deliverance and bondage, we hear them in Christian circles and church circles quite a bit, but for those listening that might not be familiar, what DIP is talking about is just getting free from a thing on the inside of us that is feeling like it's holding us back.

39
00:05:23.430 --> 00:05:33.780
Amy Charbonneau: And so, what we do in our alignment sessions, this is what Dip and I did on Saturday. We did an alignment session so he could experience this part of my coaching business.

40
00:05:33.780 --> 00:05:57.849
Amy Charbonneau: one of the tools that I use is quantum muscle testing, and then we remove the trapped emotional and trauma frequencies around our experiences from the past. And so that's what we did. So when Dip is saying, deliverance, you know, and then freedom, what he's experiencing is that negative trauma frequency that was trapped and stored in his physical body is now gone.

41
00:05:57.850 --> 00:06:15.389
Amy Charbonneau: And so his physical body is experiencing the peace and the restoration from that. And so we deal with things, you know, like the forgiveness is so important because we are a spirit, a soul and a body. Spiritually, we have to do forgiveness work, because that's a…

42
00:06:16.360 --> 00:06:28.949
Amy Charbonneau: trap for us. If we hold unforgiveness, we create, like, a tree of bitterness in our life, ultimately. And the longer we hold unforgiveness, the more it becomes a tree of bitterness.

43
00:06:29.120 --> 00:06:40.569
Amy Charbonneau: So we don't want to live in bitterness, for sure. We don't want to eat the fruit of that tree, you know, but we want to live in freedom, so forgiveness is a powerful first step.

44
00:06:40.570 --> 00:06:58.709
Amy Charbonneau: You know, and that really comes from the biblical principles of Jesus forgiving us, you know, and entering into our freedom in Him through forgiveness, and forgiveness… receiving His forgiveness, but also forgiving ourself. So then those strongholds, those things that we call strongholds, are really patterns

45
00:06:58.740 --> 00:07:03.370
Amy Charbonneau: Patterns that we've developed, you know, that are negative.

46
00:07:03.500 --> 00:07:06.889
Amy Charbonneau: And we justify them thinking they're protecting us.

47
00:07:07.090 --> 00:07:12.080
Amy Charbonneau: You know, so one of my favorite stories in the Bible is the story of, Jericho.

48
00:07:12.680 --> 00:07:37.049
Amy Charbonneau: And I went to Israel, about 10 years ago, and when we went to Jericho, there's this kind of mound of land where the guide says, this is where they think Jericho was. You know, so it's obviously there's no walls there, because we know the story, they came down, crumbling down, you know, but there is kind of this buildup of the land in a weird pattern that looks like it could have been the walls

49
00:07:37.270 --> 00:07:38.140
Amy Charbonneau: Around a city.

50
00:07:38.840 --> 00:07:55.490
Amy Charbonneau: And it's near the river where the Israelites would have crossed in to take their promised land. And so, something about that is, it was a military… most historians believe Jericho was a military stronghold, so it was designed to protect the land from people crossing the river.

51
00:07:56.660 --> 00:08:11.639
Amy Charbonneau: And so, I think strongholds become that protective, kind of thing that we build up in our lives, where we think we're protecting from outside forces coming at us. But really, we're just imprisoning ourselves.

52
00:08:11.690 --> 00:08:20.469
Amy Charbonneau: You know, and so, when we get to the place of getting to worship God, acknowledge, one, that God loves us so much.

53
00:08:20.470 --> 00:08:39.730
Amy Charbonneau: And that because of that love, we get to enter into a love relationship with Him and receive His forgiveness and His love. Then we get this… this lifelong experience of learning how to live in an abundant life. You know, an abundant life does involve prosperity financially, but more than that, I think it involves

54
00:08:39.730 --> 00:08:50.279
Amy Charbonneau: prosperity emotionally, psychologically, you know, how we prosper in our relationships, in our… in our work, in our dreams, in our hopes, so…

55
00:08:50.280 --> 00:09:07.660
Amy Charbonneau: Anyway, I love that you were willing to share today, Debt, because I think it's important that people hear testimonies, you know, hear stories, someone has been through this thing that I'm trying to get through, and I don't know what to call it, and I don't know how to do it, but I know that I don't like it.

56
00:09:08.390 --> 00:09:08.970
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: That's right.

57
00:09:08.970 --> 00:09:12.530
Amy Charbonneau: Yeah, so any other thoughts on that before we end?

58
00:09:13.260 --> 00:09:18.840
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Well, it's one of the things we learned during our master certification, is that

59
00:09:19.190 --> 00:09:27.999
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: When we know we have something blocking our way, or when we find out or discover it, then our brain puts the brakes on.

60
00:09:28.890 --> 00:09:30.989
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Because we resist change.

61
00:09:31.300 --> 00:09:42.429
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Well, that's when the process of you getting better, delivered, healed, restored, refreshed, renewed, happens.

62
00:09:42.590 --> 00:09:45.340
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: When resistance is there.

63
00:09:46.090 --> 00:09:55.139
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: And that's when you start making progress. You know, it's like pushing a car that dies on the road. You put it in neutral, you get behind it.

64
00:09:55.260 --> 00:09:57.359
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: At the beginning, it's hard.

65
00:09:57.660 --> 00:10:00.849
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: It is very hard, because it doesn't want to move.

66
00:10:01.960 --> 00:10:06.770
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: And so, when it's in neutral, and people get behind it, and someone jumps in their front seat.

67
00:10:07.100 --> 00:10:12.190
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Then it starts to go, and then… then it starts to… Move.

68
00:10:12.190 --> 00:10:12.720
Amy Charbonneau: I know.

69
00:10:12.720 --> 00:10:16.350
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: That's what our brain does to us. It stops us. And so…

70
00:10:16.720 --> 00:10:22.660
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: what I'm consciously trying to be aware of is, what is my brain telling me, and why?

71
00:10:22.790 --> 00:10:24.880
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: What… why am I holding back?

72
00:10:25.000 --> 00:10:33.569
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: what's resisting, you know, this thought, and allowing someone to help you uncover it. So…

73
00:10:33.860 --> 00:10:36.389
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: You know, back to Amy.

74
00:10:36.640 --> 00:10:41.850
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Asking me deep questions makes me think about there's something in there.

75
00:10:42.030 --> 00:10:42.630
Amy Charbonneau: And what…

76
00:10:42.630 --> 00:10:45.019
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: I'm telling myself, I start to believe.

77
00:10:45.350 --> 00:10:47.470
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: So we need to remap that.

78
00:10:47.680 --> 00:10:51.470
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: Remap that, and start to tell yourself something different.

79
00:10:52.060 --> 00:11:09.570
Amy Charbonneau: Amen. Well, if you're listening to this and you want to explore some inner healing and neural coaching, you can find links to that in the description below. We hope you guys have a blessed day and experience the freedom that God wants to give to you.

80
00:11:10.660 --> 00:11:11.800
Amy Charbonneau: Thanks, Deb.

81
00:11:12.440 --> 00:11:13.079
Robert 'Dip' Donaldson: You're welcome.
