Jennifer Bitz
After earning a chemistry degree at Queen’s University, Jenn realized she preferred working with people over lab work. She pursued a public service career, quickly moving into leadership roles where she studied how leaders impact team values and culture. Jenn believes public institutions must serve society responsibly and effectively. Discovering character leadership research at the Ivey School of Business was a breakthrough for her, showing how leader character shapes culture. For over a decade, Jenn has led character-driven culture transformations in four organizations, witnessing the strong link between character, culture, and performance. She is certified in Leader Character, Human Systems, and Prosci Change Management, and is working toward Executive Coach accreditation at Royal Roads University.
