And if you're a returning listener, hi, it's still me, your host, Samantha Noelle. And you might have noticed that the name changed. Yes, that was intentional. And I'll get more into that towards the end of this. On the CEO C with me, Samantha Noelle, you can expect to hear me discuss topics related to growing a successful business that requires less dependence on you, the female founder. I'm an accountant who spent more than a decade running her own business, helping small businesses better understand their financials. But that was never quite enough. Something always felt like it was missing. And I wanted to be able to utilize other skills that I had: skills in selling, skills in hiring, in understanding human psychology, intuition, and knowing how to be resilient. So I created this podcast as a way to offer those other insights because I am not just an accountant. I am a business strategist who is focused on helping female founders grow their businesses successfully so that it requires less of them in it. And I bet that if you are the woman I'm speaking about, you love what you do and you built it based on loving what you do. But now you find yourself running a business worth more than a quarter of a million in annual sales, with you at the center seeing no way out of being required to be in it to the extent which you are, without it totally flopping. And I get it, and this is where I want to help you because what wakes me up in the morning and has me so excited is helping others be successful. I have seen the pain points, the patterns, the numbers behind the business that is stuck at being dependent on the founder. And I want to help you scale beyond that. This is your baby, and I want to help you get to the point of being able to let that baby go out into the world without needing you fully. Well, I have been growing and evolving since I first started this podcast, and I have been getting more clear on who I am speaking to and why. I felt that the previous name no longer spoke to the intent and purpose of this podcast. So I decided the CEO's seat was the most finny because it serves you, the CEO of your business.
