Emily Gibson is the founder of The HR Patch, an HR consultancy she built from the ground up while raising young children. 

Her business journey began in 2016 after redundancy and a spinal injury gave her the time and drive to launch her own venture. Emily now leads a team of seven and recently opened a high street office.
