Laura Train is the Founder and CEO of Integrity Training Solutions and brings more than 30 years of leadership, training, and organizational development experience. A longtime practitioner and distributor of the QBQ! training program, Laura is known for designing engaging and practical learning experiences that help leaders and teams move from blame and frustration to ownership and action. Prior to launching her company, Laura spent 25 years with the Social Security Administration, serving in multiple senior leadership roles across Human Resources, Policy, Operations, Information Technology, Quality, Communications, and the Office of the Commissioner. She developed expertise in leadership development, change management, mentoring, strategic planning, and collaboration. Laura is passionate about helping people turn insight into action—whether at work, at home, or in their communities.
