Kristin Lindeen

Kristin has almost two decades of experience sharing the message of QBQ! to hundreds of organizations. She grew up in the home of QBQ! as the oldest of the seven Miller children. She thinks they all turned out pretty well!

Kristin facilitates sessions on the content found in John G. Miller’s three books: QBQ!, Flipping the Switch, and Outstanding. Kristin brings energy and expertise to every presentation, whether live, in-person, or on virtual platforms. 

Kristin lives in Maple Grove, Minnesota, with her husband, Erik, and their four children.

John G. Miller is the author of QBQ! The Question Behind the Question, Flipping the Switch: Unleash the Power of Personal Accountability, Outstanding! 47 Ways to Make Your Organization Exceptional and co-author of Raising Accountable Kids. He is founder of QBQ, Inc., an organizational development firm based in Colorado dedicated to “Helping Organizations Make Personal Accountability a Core Value.” A 1980 graduate of Cornell University, John has been involved in the training and speaking industry since 1986. He lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife, Karen. They have seven children and lots of grandkids.

David Levin

David Levin is the author of Raise Your Inner Game and Don’t Just Talk, Be Heard!, co-author with John G. Miller of the million-selling QBQ! The Question Behind the Question, and founder of Raise Your Inner Game Sports Academy. His expertise spans peak mental performance, communication, creativity, and accountability.

A performance improvement author since 1997, Levin previously owned an audio production company (1992–1999) and worked in the restaurant industry. A lifelong musician and self-described computer geek, he toured full-time with rock bands from 1977 to 1987 and later released four solo albums.

He and his wife, Margret, have been together since 1988 and live in Viroqua, Wisconsin, and have two children, Peter and Frances. He also has an older son, Aaron, and three grandchildren. Levin enjoys running, skiing, pickleball, creating, and family life.

Thomas Murphy, SHRM-SCP, is the VP of HR at Liberty Hospital, part of The University of Kansas Health System.
