Cindy has over 25 years of experience as a servant leader and serves as Director of Operational Excellence for the Americas at Element, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and longtime QBQ! user and fan, she is passionate about improving processes and training others to use Lean tools to better serve customers.

David Levin is the author of Raise Your Inner Game and Don’t Just Talk, Be Heard!, co-author with John G. Miller of the million-selling QBQ! The Question Behind the Question, and founder of Raise Your Inner Game Sports Academy. His expertise spans peak mental performance, communication, creativity, and accountability.

A performance improvement author since 1997, Levin previously owned an audio production company (1992–1999) and worked in the restaurant industry. A lifelong musician and self-described computer geek, he toured full-time with rock bands from 1977 to 1987 and later released four solo albums.

He and his wife, Margret, have been together since 1988 and live in Viroqua, Wisconsin, and have two children, Peter and Frances. He also has an older son, Aaron, and three grandchildren. Levin enjoys running, skiing, pickleball, creating, and family life.

With a heart for mentoring and guiding others, I thrive on building strong teams, fostering personal growth, and ensuring that every child in our care feels loved, valued, and empowered.

Prior to launching her company, Laura spent 25 years with the Social Security Administration, serving in multiple senior leadership roles across Human Resources, Policy, Operations, Information Technology, Quality, Communications, and the Office of the Commissioner. She developed expertise in leadership development, change management, mentoring, strategic planning, and collaboration. Laura is passionate about helping people turn insight into action—whether at work, at home, or in their communities.

An accomplished business executive with a blend of experience as a global business leader with an emphasis on generating revenue, creating sales and operation excellence while building high performing teams who engage the organization in creating outstanding business results. Steve is currently the CRO with Momentum Textiles and Wallcovering. He is recognized as an authentic leader who sets the example of what is expected and builds strong relationships with all levels in the organization. 

Thomas Murphy, SHRM-SCP, is the VP of HR at Liberty Hospital, part of The University of Kansas Health System. With over 25 years of experience in operational & human resources leadership roles, Thomas specializes in employee engagement, leadership development, talent recruitment, & strategic planning. He leads initiatives that have improved employee engagement and retention, spearheads people strategies, and participates in multidisciplinary efforts to improve operational efficiency. Thomas has played a key role in positioning Liberty Hospital as an employer of choice through recognition by Forbes and Newsweek.

Thomas holds a BS in Business with a concentration in Management from the University of Phoenix. Thomas enjoys mentoring new HR leaders and contributing to healthcare talent development. He serves as the 2025 President of the Missouri Society for Healthcare HR Administration and serves on the board for the American Society for Healthcare HR Administration.

Vince Lanni is a Nashville-based restaurant operator and the founder of Serve Up Strategies, a restaurant growth accelerator that helps independent restaurants improve profitability, leadership, and execution. He works with owners and operators to reduce unnecessary costs, build simple systems that drive sales and consistency, and develop managers who can run the day-to-day without constant owner intervention.

A longtime practitioner of The QBQ! by John G. Miller, Vince applies its principles in high-pressure, real-world restaurant environments to help teams move from blame and excuses to ownership and action. He also helps lead the Nashville Area Restaurant Alliance (NARA), supporting local restaurants through centralized vendor contract tracking and cost-saving initiatives. His work sits at the intersection of people, process, and performance—helping restaurants scale without stress.
