What if the most productive thing you do today is rest? We dive into a candid reset that starts with breath, an intention poem, and a radical choice to listen when the body says stop. That pause becomes a catalyst—energy returns, focus sharpens, and the to-do list shrinks with surprising ease. Along the way, we unpack why sensitives and empaths feel stretched thin: collective stress, political noise, and the quiet pull of a higher frequency all converge. Integration takes time, and your nervous system needs care to keep up.

We get practical and soul-centered. Instead of glorifying the grind, we map a gentler blueprint: schedule real self-care like massage, Reiki, breathwork, and nature time; drink more water; make nourishing soup; and guard 30 minutes for something that brings joy. Service expands from there. We talk neighborly kindness, checking in on elders, supporting food pantries, and offering help without emptying ourselves. The point isn’t grand gestures; it’s consistent, heart-led action grounded in a stable, well-rested you.

A favorite story anchors the message: a quick backstage moment with Kelly Clarkson that became unforgettable because she paused, met eyes, asked a name, and made presence the priority. That is the power of attention—ordinary time turned sacred. We explore how to bring that presence to everyday conversations, online and in person, so people feel genuinely seen and heard. As the holidays approach, gratitude becomes the thread that ties it all together, moving beyond stuff to the heart-level bonds that steady us.

I am an Isui, holy fire, and angel Reiki master with over 20 years of practice, and I'm your host. I can't wait to let others feel the love of community and remind us of the importance of coming together instead of coming apart. Now let's take a deep breath together in through our nose and a long exhale out of our mouth. This is my intentions in a poem to set the tone for our sacred Soul Sister community. Here you go. Welcome, dear soul, to this sacred space where all are embraced with love and grace. From every land, from near and far, no matter who you are, you're a star. Feel the warmth, the light, the peace. Thank you for sharing your soul with mine. Welcome to the Sacred Soul Sisters Space, a home of love and sacred embrace. I'm so glad you're here. Good morning, amazing people. Oh, I guess it could be afternoon or evening, wherever you are right now listening. I am recording in the morning, and we are about a week and a half into November 2025.

Naming The Struggle And The Season

SPEAKER_00

Wow. This year's been a struggle for sure. Uh, but uh it does seem, as we sit in November, that it came kind of quick. Yeah, interesting.

The Lesson Of Radical Rest

SPEAKER_00

Hey, I wanted to talk a little bit about uh listening to your body. So I had a crazy busy week last week, and uh I have not in my past been so great at listening to my body. I'm quick to, you know, push through. We can do it, we can do it, we can do it. And quite frankly, I would find myself annoyed with people that, you know, would take the time to take a nap. And I'm not saying it's right to be annoyed with that, but I was like, what are you doing? That's so unproductive. That's my critical Virgo self. I apologize. Uh however, so yesterday I woke up, I had a couple different Zooms I had to do, I had some homework from a class I'm taking. I'm always taking a class or two, it feels like. Um, but I was exhausted, like crazy tired. And I was like, what in the hell? So anyway, my first inclination was to push through and just, you know, I can do it. Uh, you know, we'll just keep on going. I have a little bit of a headache. I can take some Tylenol, get some extra coffee, go, go, go. And my body was a lot louder than it usually is. And it was like, no, no, no, we're not doing that today. And I think you should listen. So I did. And I rearranged some of my stuff for the morning. Uh, I kind of put some things off for the next day that weren't urgent. I did, you know, my essentials, made sure the kids were fed, made sure the dogs were fed. And then I went and laid back down. And I just laid there. And I fell back asleep off and on. And then I laid there in the dark some more, laid, fell back asleep off and on. Probably this all started around like 5 30. And I want to say I didn't like legit get out of bed till around one. And it was incredible. Incredible. I'm usually out of bed by anywhere between 5 30 and 7 a.m. I would say mostly between 5 30 and 6 30. But oh my gosh, I got up and I became crazy productive. I was able to get the house cleaned. I was able to uh get some of my homework done. I was able to do like all of this stuff that even if I would have had that whole morning, I don't know that I would have got all of that done. So spirit kind of tapped me on the shoulder, you

Energy, Light Codes, And Self-Care

SPEAKER_00

know, as it went into evening and was like, So, how you doing? Not so bad when you take a minute and you give your body what it needs, right? And I thought, yeah, you know what, you're right. And again, I felt more productive than I normally do. It was it was crazy and quite baffling, to be honest. But I'm so glad I did it. And I feel like it gave me the other reminder, which I've spoken about before, with you know, we have all of these different things going on right now, especially for those of us that are intuitive, empathic. You know, we have downloads coming in, uploads, and all of these light codes, and you know, all of the changes happening in our exterior environment, whether that be our crazy politics to um all of the other people being affected by so many crazy, horrible things that are taking place. And then we also have this, you know, complete opposite of the beauty that is taking place, with, you know, we're in this new earth and and we can feel this new frequency and vibration. However, we're still having to operate and cooperate with others that aren't interested in going there or just haven't got there yet, right? So why why wouldn't our body need some time to catch up to this? You know, I our bodies are pretty incredible, and I think uh maybe we don't give them the credit that they deserve. And speaking for myself, I definitely don't listen when it tells me you need to take a nap or you need to try to rearrange something, or you know what? No, you're not cleaning house today. You're just not. You're gonna lay on the couch, you're gonna rest, you're gonna allow your body to rest. Not only your physical body, but your emotional body and your spiritual body. It's okay. It's okay to rest. So, you know, we get all of these nudges from spirit that we've talked about before, you know, kind of guiding us throughout the day and um in different ways, right? Someone gets puts in our put in our path and uh, you know, they mention something to us, and then two hours later someone else mentions the same thing to us that they don't even know each other. You know, spirit's guiding us all of the time. And if we're super busy, we'll totally miss it. But then we also have our body guiding us. We're so freaking supported, you guys. And but I'm here to remind you that it's

Schedule Care Or Your Body Will

SPEAKER_00

also our job to listen. Yeah, that was me yelling at myself. My bad. To listen, and it's okay. It's okay. The life is no longer about pushing through. I think that's something that is going to be left in the 3D, you know. It's not about the more that you do, the more success you do, the more business reports you the more books you write within a very, very short amount of time, the more this, the more that, the more. No, it's about being being present, allowing yourself to breathe. And the more we listen, the more our frequency and vibration calibrates with the most beautiful frequency and vibration of pure abundance, right? So if we can just keep ourselves in that, but part of that is self-care, right? So especially this November, I have felt so strongly guided. You better figure out a way to provide some care to yourself. And you need to do it now. There's no longer putting it off. You need to make an appointment and have a massage, you need to make an appointment and have a Reiki session, you need to make an appointment and have a breathwork session, you need to make an appointment at the freaking park with nothing but nature sounds in the background, staring at a tree or staring at the water or whatever your beautiful environment that you can get in. But this has to be scheduled into your day. And I'm speaking mostly to those people that keep a schedule 24-7, right? That are like, well, no, I don't really have time for this. I don't have time for that. I think we're really being called to you better start making the time, or your body is just going to take a totally different direction because it can only hold so much. You deserve the same love and pampering that you give to everybody else. I'm gonna say that again. You deserve the same level of pampering and love that you give to others. I'm telling you, there of course there are people that rely on you, and of course you have obligations, and and you want to keep those obligations. But if if you have so many obligations that you don't have 30 minutes to yourself ever, it's time to re-examine that and figure out what you need to do with

Community Care And Neighbor Kindness

SPEAKER_00

that. I know there was a moment last night I was kind of daydreaming, and I thought, you know, I almost want to just get like four other families and just find some enormous like pole born or something that can be divided into, you know, five different like mini houses in the same house, and we all just pitch in with everything. All of those sort of communes and and I'm not talking about like a cult or anything like that. Please do not go there with that. But I'm talking about the support of other people uh and the beautiful um outcomes that can take place when we come together. And we are so being called to come together. We're almost being forced to come together with the way, well, forced in a good way, sort of. That's kind of an oxymoron, but you know, with everything that's going on with the politics, between the snap benefits and, you know, people's health care and all of those kinds of things, the love your neighbor is is coming out bigger than ever. We are being so called right now, if you haven't got the memo, to offer what you got to the people around you. Maybe even more so if it's a grouchy neighbor. Maybe this Thanksgiving, you know, if if you celebrate Thanksgiving, maybe just making sure you have a couple extra plates and delivering it to your neighbors. You know, even that grouchy one on the corner that's like, I don't want anybody on my lawn, I don't want anybody knocking on my door. Just say, I'm just sending you this with love. Of course, you don't have to eat it. You can throw it away if you want. But I wanted you to know that I'm thinking of you. And I hope you have a great Thanksgiving. Especially the elderly. You guys, if you know any elderly that are living at home alone, any people that aren't elderly that you feel like you don't ever see anyone around or you know that you know, they maybe don't have a family or anything like that, just just offer your heart for a minute. You don't have to fully engage, you don't have to go wash their car and clean their house, just some kind gesture to your neighbors. The food pantries, I know there are several that have uh run out of food already a couple times and or a couple times, times a thousand, and are having to be refilled with things. There's other things going on. I know some of I have heard some stories recently of some grocery stores that have recently been um not, uh I guess it would be robbed, but people just kind of filling up their cart and like running out the door, not like holding someone at gunpoint or anything like that. And while I'm not saying obviously committing a crime is not the best way to go. And uh, but in the same sense, uh, I don't know if if I was in, I probably I feel like I would connect with someone, but you know, if if you're concerned about feeding your family, I mean, you guys, if if you've had a baby recently, or even in the last 15, 20 years, you know, and and you have to use formula or diapers, or I mean, the amount of money that that costs, so there's a lot going on right now. And people really need your kindness. So please, please do anything you can on a daily basis to offer kindness, to offer your heart, to offer service of any kind, but don't do that from an empty bucket. So I would say first make sure you are doing some self-care for yourself as well. You know, it's kind of like the old adage on the plane, you know, put your mask on before you help somebody else, right? Because if you don't have any oxygen, or if you don't have any life force, what are you gonna do for somebody else? Not a lot, right? So this kind of brings me to another point.

Retreat Invitation And Contact

SPEAKER_00

There is a beautiful, beautiful person, Amy Shooty, and I hope I'm pronouncing that right, that I follow on Instagram and LinkedIn, and she's incredible. And she had posted something about being called to real conversation. Hello. I just wanted to drop in real quick, and I wanted to reach out this invitation. If you and your friends feel called to gather for a spiritual retreat, say there is a venue near you, say there's one of uh your friends' homes that you'd like to host it in. Currently, only in the United States, I am doing this, but my goal is definitely to be able to broaden my horizons in the near future. But if you and your friends feel called together for a spiritual retreat somewhere local to you, and one that nurtures healing, love, peace, rejuvenation, I would be honored to hold space and guide you through that journey. Retreats are seriously one of my greatest joys to lead, to teach, to share, to create community together, to love on people, to remind them how worthy and amazing they are. I just absolutely love them. And also, if you know of a venue or a sacred space with beautiful healing energy that you'd love to suggest for some of my retreats in the future, I would love to hear from you. So please reach out, let me know, or if you would like more information or to connect, please reach out to me at email Justina J U S T I N A at Angelraikijourney.com. So Justina J U S T I N A at A-N-G-E-L R E I I K I J O U R N E Y dot com. I can't wait to hear from you. I love you guys. Have a great day.

The Power Of Presence: Kelly Clarkson Story

SPEAKER_00

You know, back to one-on-one conversation, fully engaging in conversation, that kind of thing. And asking if anybody else was, you know, kind of feeling that pull or what our thoughts were on it and that kind of thing. And I was reminded, and I'm so grateful I was reminded of this because it had such an, and I don't even say reminded because I totally remember every piece of it, but that I brought it to the front of my mind and reminded myself how important it is to be present. So a while back, this has been, oh man. I don't know if I even had kids. Probably 19 years ago. I don't know. It's been a minute. Um, but I went to a concert and Kelly Clarkson concert, who I absolutely adore. I love her heart so much. But anyway, I had the opportunity to meet her and like get my picture taken, that kind of thing. There was probably about eight of us or so. And I was so excited. And I was standing there and just in awe, you know, the lyrics of her songs, the way she sings, the power. I could feel her heart in so many ways. And I was just like, wow. So I'm standing there, and you know, I can see like a slight glimpse of her as people one by one go back to like stand next to her and get a picture, right? And I'm standing there just in awe, like, I can't believe I'm here. I can't believe that's Kelly Clarkson. Oh my gosh, I just love her. I just love her. And um her and pink are kind of my go-tos. Anyway, but uh so then it came time for me to come up to get my picture. And so they're ushering me forward and they're like, okay, okay, here, come over here, come over here. And the cameraman's standing there, and he's like, Okay, smile, okay, okay, smile, you know. And I was like, okay, okay. It felt very rushed. And she stopped the cam, the cameraman for a minute, like not in a rude way, but very kind. She took a couple steps back, looked me in the eyes, and she said, Hi, I'm Kelly. What's your name? And I was so caught off guard by that. And I thought, oh my gosh, like she just asked my name. She also just introduced herself. Of course I know who you are, like you're freaking amazing, right? And but I felt in that moment like she saw me, like she took a pause to connect with me, to fully connect with me. As busy as she was, all of the stuff she had to get done before the concert started, everything. And granted, it wasn't like it was a you know, five-hour meet. I mean, like it was it was just a few minutes, but the impact she had in those moments, and my heart for her just grew so much bigger. I was like, wow, you see me. And even if she didn't see me, right? Even if she didn't, it it felt truly like she gave a shit about me, right? Just some like I wasn't just some random fam fan. I wasn't just some extra person in the crowd. Like she took a minute to actually connect with me eye to eye and ask my name, right? Like I was just wow. You know, I've been in a couple of scenarios like that, and usually it's it's super quick. Like you run up, they put their arm around you or whatever, snapshot, okay, bye, you know, or they'll sign something and go. And I just she was so humble and so kind, like I'm gonna cry. She was so humble. She was so kind. And she led with her heart. I mean, every thought I had of her prior to that was just magnified times a million when she took that minute to truly see me. And isn't that what so much of us want to feel like? Don't you want to feel like when you're having a conversation with somebody that they actually give a shit about what you're having to say?

From Distraction To Deep Connection

SPEAKER_00

That they're not so distracted and disinterested that you feel like you're talking to the wall. I am telling you, when you take even just those couple minutes to truly make eye contact with somebody, truly ask them and give a shit about it how they're doing. Ask ask them what their name is, you know. I mean, so I love that post that she made about this connection that takes place when we do have conversations face to face, right? It's so incredible. Even if we have it face to face on Zoom, I get that too. And and I think that's great, but I do feel like there's so much of a bigger calling right now to really be in close physical proximity to community, to really feel that support and really feel like the people that you are connecting with are engaged. And I feel like that's also something, you know, with this new earth stuff that's going on. I feel like, you know, I feel like we're we're all going to sort of coexist, right? Like we're 5D and 3D is kind of gonna uh live in the same territory, so to speak. But I feel like it's such a different vibration. And I think that that is what more and more of us are being called to is really having fully engaged conversations with people eye to eye. And I think what's gonna start to happen is so many of those people that you have a conversation with that are not even a little bit interested, that are like on the phone while you're trying to talk to them, that are looking around while you're trying to talk to them, that every three minutes in the conversation is they're like, I'm sorry, what did you say? Okay, that could be FYI, that they need to be grounded and uh they just came out of a meditation or something because I have I have been known to do that once in a while, like la la la. Uh, but a lot of times you know who it is, you know who it is. I'm sure you're probably already thinking of some people now that you've talked to and you're like, I don't think they ever hear anything I say. They're very quick to tell me uh, you know, what's going on with them or whatever. And I listen and I'm engaged. But when I start to talk about myself, they're like, oh, uh-huh, uh-huh. Yeah, okay, oh, great. Okay, well, you'll have to tell me about that sometime. And you're like, what the hell? Like, I just spent 45 minutes listening to your whole freaking spiel, and I just tried to talk for 30 seconds, and you're like pushing me off. So really, really, really take some time to engage with people. And when you're not around people, take some time to engage with you, to be present with you, and to be present with what is in your immediate surroundings. And make sure you're staying hydrated. That's coming up again, too. You know, especially these colder months, the air is even drier, and where I am anyway. I don't know, I would assume most places, but make sure you're staying hydrated.

Hydration, Nourishment, And Joy

SPEAKER_00

Make sure you're getting some fruits and vegetables, maybe make some homemade veggie soup. Boy, that sounds really good right now, actually. And really make sure you're taking some time to give yourself some love. And you know what? This goes back to, and I know I talked about it in a previous episode, but really figure out what you like to do, really figure out what brings you joy and really step into it. You deserve it. You have come this far in this crazy life. You deserve it, and you're being called to do it because we need you to hold the light, and if you don't take care of you, you can't hold the light, and the light is coming in like crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy. So, even more so, we've got to take care of our bodies, right? All right, listen, I love you guys so much, and with Thanksgiving coming up before long, please take a minute and really start to focus on your uh gratitude and what it is you're grateful for. I don't care what it is, even if there is some material stuff, you know, that's fine. But please make sure there's some real genuine heart-to-heart things that you are so grateful for. Some things that really seem to light up the inside of you on a heart-centered space. Oh, I love you so much. I'm giving all of you so many hugs. Snuggle up in your warm, fuzzy blanket. I hope you enjoyed the autumn meditation. If you haven't had a chance to listen to it, please do that. And um let me know what you thought about it. Email me, justina J U S T I N A at Angelraiki Journey.com, and let me know what your thoughts were on it. Like what, you know, how did how did it feel? And what were you inspired to do because of it? I'm so excited. All right, guys, have a great day,
