So I am currently uh heading back home from Nashville and had an incredible weekend. And her incredible team. I believe like 12 weeks. You had a dissertation at the end that you completed. They taught us incredible things about uh spirituality, incredible things about business. And then they also had an incredible group, collective, uh kind of ongoing support that you've had the opportunity to be part of. And uh the women that we met in there, oh my gosh, I was part of the very first uh cohort that she did. We call ourselves the OGs. But anyway, it it has been insane. Anyway, so she had the sacred summit uh for all of us this past weekend in Nashville, and we got to see in person all of these people that we have connected with over the past year, and uh we had incredible speakers that

Uh the first day was you know, reviewing the masculine, and the second day remote, you know, reviewing the feminine and really stepping into it and what does that mean and how can we combine both? And these beautiful, beautiful women that spoke were so fascinating, so engaging, so kind and humble, right? Like, and I I don't want to uh forget we had a man that led the breath work session, and he's phenomenal as well. His wife is really freaking phenomenal too. Uh, we'll get to all that, but anyway,

A Judgment-Free Community

I want to really talk about this weekend and what it meant to me. These women wow, okay. I I don't know. Uh gosh, I I really don't know. Cannot put my finger on a weekend get together, uh, especially like three days like I I don't know if ever, where I was surrounded by a large group of women, and that there was not at least some cattiness or some uh judginess or some just ick, right? Like, I don't know, just people in general, usually anybody who's around doesn't even matter if they're a male or female or don't identify as either. It doesn't even matter. Usually there is at least a person or two in the crowd that is, you know, um kind of you know, uh raining on the parade, for lack of better words, right? And thinking much more in the superficial version of life. This didn't even remotely have this happen this weekend. I mean, I am there was so much love and support and uplifting in this place that it was just unreal. Unfreaking real. I mean, I I just can't I don't know. I'm I'm sorry, I'm like stumbling for words, but anyway, it's really, really, really freaking cool to be surrounded by women that are truly like present with you and connecting with you, and not that I don't have women in my life that do that because I do I have some incredible friends that are amazing, but I'm just saying when I'm in a big group of people, it's not super common that it's that fucking incredible non-stop, right? Like I I don't

Authentic Speakers And Real Presence

know. I it was wow, wow and really being around all of that, I found myself starting to shift. I mean, not only was I taking in like a shit ton of information, and to tell you the truth, like I don't even know what my expectations for the weekend was. It was called the Sacred Summit, and I don't know for sure that I had any, and like usually I always do with things, but even if I would have came up with some type of expectations, there's no fucking way I would have came close to what did take place. I mean, it blew everything out of the water, everything I could imagine, and I'm still processing so much of it, I'm still in awe of so many of the women. I'm still in uh my heart space and just so like, man, I just love everybody. It was crazy. So uh throughout this process, these women that spoke to us about you know business the first day, about you know, energy, about all kinds of things the second day, and and the man, sorry, I just want to make sure I keep him in there, but uh it was it was so great. It was so great that you could feel their their authenticity. That's the word I'm looking for. You could feel their authenticity, nothing makes me like you more than feeling like you are truly speaking from the depths of your soul and you're you're not just like blowing crap out of your mouth. That probably doesn't sound nice, but you know what I mean? Like I think most people can kind of tell if you're talking to like a this is totally a stereotype, but if someone comes across like a used car salesman or what the stereotype of a used car salesman is, right? And how that makes you feel gross, really, even talking to them. And you know when somebody is truly connecting to you. So a little while back I did an episode and I talked about when I met Kelly Clarkson, right? And how she paused for a minute and she was fully present with me, asked me my name, and I was so freaking blown away, right?

Energy, Healing, And Nashville’s Vibe

Well, like every freaking woman here at this place was like that. Every one was real. Real. Okay, and I there was there were healings taking place, and there's you know, information processing, and there's codes being downloaded, and there's well, there was a lot of unseen, uh, let me say. Well, I'm sure there were some people there that saw them, but there was a lot of people across the veil, so to speak, helping the situation. And a lot of these, if not all of the people really that did the speaking are from are not necessarily from Nashville, but live in that vicinity, right? Or just recently moved there. Holy crap! Like, what is going on there? Like, something insane is brewing, like the light is about to blow the sky open there. I I don't even know. I got to stay at this Airbnb that was so freaking cute. Uh the feng shui was perfect, there's crystals around it with the bed was so comfortable, the blankets were so comfortable, the host, the owner was incredible, who's also an energy practitioner, and uh I hope to talk more about that later, you know, after I get permission and all that stuff, anyway. Uh but I mean, just every single thing worked so beautifully, it was so beautiful. I got to

Connections Across Cohorts

meet so many people from other like cohorts that she's had, right? And I think she's had three now, so uh of the FFBS groups, and such incredible women. Oh my goodness, I mean, just incredible. I ended up sitting next to a woman that lives not far from me, which is crazy because people were coming from all over the place, from Spain, I mean Canada, they're like all over the place. They flew in for this weekend, and it was so great. And then I got to meet this beautiful, young, brilliant, full of heart, sweet girl, uh, that I will also uh talk more about later, that uh happens to live in one of my favorite places in the whole world, Austin, Texas. And but you guys, okay, so my group of people, right? Like I'm gonna do a shout-out of their first names and uh we'll just make up last names if uh for some reason they don't want it because they're fucking amazing, okay. Oh whoops, I wasn't supposed to cuss anyway. Just disregard that part. But I'm I mean, amazing people, these people are amazing. I could not get enough of them, and I love them all so much. They we were so real with each other, and we could be like it wasn't there there was no judginess at all. It was it was so beautiful, so so so beautiful, and we have so many thanks to go to Jessica Swag and her team for that happening. I mean, uh I met so many other incredible people there that I also want to uh come back around to in the near future that uh I feel like there will be some other connections and conversations that will take place uh that will bring us back to this moment. But wow, just wow, like there's so many wows that are coming out of this. But my point is is they created a sacred place in this online community, this online class, different than any other.

Vulnerability, Emotion, And Shared Growth

We spent a lot of time being very vulnerable, and so did Jessica and her team being very raw and real with us about situations they've been in, about challenges that they have had, about hurts, about how they have overcome something, about how they felt like they couldn't overcome something at some point. And we all had moments like that where we discussed that ourselves. We we all cried together, we laughed together, uh, well, and after this weekend, we screamed together. Um but anyway, it's there was so much of an emotional connection that was built with all of us, and to get to see everybody in in person was just incredible. So huge shout out to Tracy, to Angie, to Nadia, to Liz, to Allegra, to Sarah, uh to Deedra. Um I'm trying to go around the table at dinner, uh to Molly, to um, I mean, like just so many people to Jessica, to um just oh my gosh, like so I've also gotta figure out how I'm gonna, you know, probably have well at least ask like every one of these incredible people to be on the podcast to interview them and to talk about how amazing they are. But um anyway, okay. So the main reason I wanted to talk about this stuff was because I feel like it's been a while in 2025 that uh that I've been surrounded by so much positivity and it was beautiful, it was such a reminder that when we step away from social media or uh people that like to talk nonstop about social media

Stepping Away From Noise To Find Hope

or politics or anything like that, that there are so many bright lights around you that sometimes you can easily miss when you're wrapped up in all the other stuff. It brought such a new sense of hope and uh excitement for 2026. And really, I mean, I feel like in the depth of my soul, I knew that, and I, you know, would try to encourage you guys, try to encourage myself at times about you know, there's still good, you know, like Mr. Rogers says, look for the helpers and all of these kinds of things. And they're beautiful people out there, which is incredible. And there is, there's beautiful, positive, uplifting people all around us. But with that beautiful feeling of this weekend of truly just like bathing in this bubble of insane positivity. Oh, I highly freaking recommend it. FFBS Praise And Inner Shift

incredible. The group of people, all of the students that have been in FFBS, they're freaking incredible as well. I'm not trying to give you a sales pinch, I swear to you, I'm not. I'm just telling you what changes like took place in me this past weekend. I feel like my insides came back alive. I didn't even know that there were parts of them that were struggling, like they are. Like I'm driving home and I'm like, what is this weird feeling I have like in my body? Like I just feel weird, and I'm like, oh, I feel like a woman. Like, I feel like a woman, and I feel like proud to be a woman, and like I feel attractive, and I feel like, and there's like no alcohol involved, right? Like, I mean, you know, I'd have moments where I felt like this, like, you know, every other year or something when I'm in three or four drinks, right? And I'm like, but there's something different, like I feel. I don't know. It's I told all of them I'm just gonna channel the the feelings of this past weekend and go back to it if I feel myself start to backslide. But I've been on this journey of self-love. I made like I don't know, humongous strikes, right? But this is a different level. This this is a fully embodying level to the point that there's a switch in me that was like turned on, and in all kinds of ways, anyway. But there's a switch in me that was turned on, and I am like my outlook is different, my thoughts towards other people it are different. I I'm gonna have to like work on trying to figure out how to articulate this properly, but it's spirit is really communicating

Embodying Self-Love And New Outlook

with me on well, it's something I just talked about in a freaking episode. You know, your outside reflects your inside, right? And what you have coming out of you, what you have coming towards you, what you have going on in the inside, blah blah blah. But they're showing me now, they're having me fully, fully feel it that when you feel good about you with you and within you, you feel so much better about everybody outside of you. I don't know, like logically, I know this isn't like fucking rocket science, I get that, but like it's pretty mind-blowing right now because I can feel all of my body trying to catch up with everything that's taken place, which it'll probably take a couple more weekends. There were so many different pieces of this weekend, but so much of it was being in the presence of everyone leading with their heart and truly invested and wanting to raise other women up and encourage other women and share other women's ideas. And there's there was no like, oh well, I don't want to talk about her business because it might take away from my business, or I don't want to, you know, talk about how great she is because then it'll maybe not make me look as great. And there was no cattiness, it was freaking amazing. Oh gosh, it was so amazing, so amazing, so amazing. So I think, you know, I I've talked about a lot in my whole purpose

Building True Community And Uplift

of the podcast and was trying to give people a sense of community. But man, I hope I am pouring into all of you. I do, I say my prayers before I record episodes. I set my intention to allow you to feel love in my voice, to feel how much I care about you and how much I want you to care about you, and how much I want you to love you, and and all of that, because I want you to have that sense of community. But even more than that, I want you to feel what I felt this weekend. I want you to be in a sacred container where you feel like, oh my gosh, I am completely surrounded by a ton of women, and I feel incredible, and so do they. How amazing is that? Like, wow, it's so freaking cool. So I'm going to try to implement to uh how I can really, really pull that in, you know, to the retreats that I do of you know, giving everyone uh that type of feeling as well, and really setting my intention even more in depth about doing everything I can on my part to assist anyone else that I possibly can and really starting to feel good with who they are, to feel good within their body, and to reignite them and light themselves on fire. Like I just feel excited about life and feel excited about the potential of 2026 is what is going on in my brain right now. I'm so excited this new year. There's gonna be a lot of craziness, but you know what? We've got you. We're not gonna do this alone. Okay, please don't try to do this world alone. Don't don't, don't, don't, don't. And if you have any ideas about um, you know, different potential uh community building aspects or anything, or if there's something that uh you want to share with me that I can be a part of your community, you know, all of these things I am open to and will be praying and praying that spirit leads me in the right direction to do everything I can to bring everyone together and lift them up

Bring Your People Up With You

And I feel like so um Jess had uh Marianne Williamson as one of our people, and so she like brings people in this collective group, like you know, sometimes every week, that you know, kind of talks to us for about an hour and just like pours love into us or education into us, business into us, all these kinds of things. But Marianne Williamson is so freaking incredible, and she I'm pretty sure it was her, was talking about uh bringing the people you have with you that are supporting you a million percent, and really um doing what you can to raise their vibration as well, right? Like, so what can that look like? Well, you've got um say somebody that is, you know, fully supporting you all the time and is pouring into your business with you, and they do a really critical part and they do a good job at that. I'm not saying like someone that's dragging you down, somebody that is trying to infringe on you, somebody that doesn't have your best interests at heart. I'm telling you people that are pouring into you as much as you pour into them and bring them up with you, right? And I think that's so beautiful. It's so freaking beautiful. Gratitude For Nashville And What’s Next

summit this weekend. Well, a couple of them actually did different parts, and and they were her students, right? And some of her students have been her mentors or her teachers, so we are all here to learn from each other and to gain wisdom from each other and to lift each other up. That's really what this whole world is about. Like we can be, you know, like reviving people's cellular bodies purely by lifting them up and by fully standing in who we are, right? So it's so exciting, it's just incredible. It's just incredible, incredible, incredible. So huge shout out and thank you to the city of Nashville for uh having all of us women in their space and their kindness while we were there. And oh my gosh, there's a lot of really good food there too. Um we ate at, I want to say the Avalon. Uh, that was really yummy, and all these kinds of different places, and I will come up with those names. Um, this will not be the first time you hear about this Nashville trip, I promise. But uh, you know, we were in different hotels as well, you know, because everybody kind of stayed in different places.
