2026 As A Threshold Moment

Oh my goodness. All right, let's take a deep breath in together, in through our nose. Long exhale. Let our body soften. Place our hand to our heart. This episode is a threshold moment. We have stepped into 2026, crossing from who we've been into who we are becoming. And the year of the fire horse 2026 is calling us to do just that to really become who we are and who we were meant to fully be. Kind of like need to sleep for, I don't know, 15 hours a night. So it's an interesting dynamic. And then I have these bolts of energy like giving me glimpses of 2026. And I am so freaking excited. It truly feels like the year that we stop holding back from our truth or power or full expression. And we'll touch more on that here shortly. Okay.

Spirit’s Movie And The Call-Out

So I was under the impression in 2025 when I started the podcast, when I went full out with my website, when I went out with, you know, talking about different things that I do, that I give Reiki sessions and, you know, talking about spirit here and there and different things like that. I mean, for goodness sake, I talked about a tree talking to me, right? So I was like, I am doing amazing. Like I am being vulnerable and all these kinds of things. And um, well, then Spirit decided to show me what looked like a um a movie created just for me of this past year. And while there were some highlights of how I was being perfectly vulnerable and uh what's the word, not ha holding back, right? There were several where Spirit said, uh-huh, and then what happened here? And then what happened here? So while on the outside, there were a lot of moments that looked like I was um, you know, standing straightforward with my head held high, my shoulders back, and not concerned about what others were thinking. There was a lot of moments on the inside where energetically, if you would have seen me, I was sort of creeping behind the people in front of me. It I I really I went to argue at first when I I was being shown this, and then I was like, shit. They're so right. They're so right. I they they kept giving me this image of, you know, they're like, we are calling you to be fully in your power. We are calling you to step up, step out, and be fully honest about the things you see, the things you hear, the things that you believe. And you keep showing up like you're the backup dancer for some band. And I'm like, well, that's kind of brutal. And they're like, no, not really. Because that's what's happening. And I was like, you really called me out. And they weren't like being hateful or anything, but they were being honest on so many different ways that I filtered myself. And I thought, what's really going on with that? Because I thought I had made so many strides in that, right? So I started reviewing it myself and praying about it and you know, talking about it and things like that. And and I was like, Well, what's really going on? So these are some things that came up. I the fear of being misunderstood, the fear and concern of thinking that someone will think I have ill intent, or someone will think I am somehow calling in negative things, and that I'm not doing the right thing all the time, or this and that, whatever the right thing is, right? Like I don't even know where that comes from sometimes. But probably even more so was the fear of judgment, the fear of rejection, the fear of being labeled as one of those cuckoo crazy people, the fear of being too much, too spiritual, or too different, right? Like I thought, man, I guess I really did keep wrestling with that. And I I do wrestle with that sometimes. And I think that that's, you know, human parts of us. But when I go to prayer and when I go to spirit and I'm like, I can feel wholeheartedly like stuff will start to come out of my mouth that I'll be like, oh my gosh. And it'll go right past those fears and concerns, right? And when I am able to do that, spirits like, yes, that's what we want you to do. And we're all being called to do different parts of this world, right? And if we all fully do it, which I know this logically, and I've talked about this before, then it's great for the rest of us. It's great for all, right?

Naming The Fears And Owning Gifts

So um I uh yeah, it was a little feeling, you know, to go through this, but hey, um, so my intention this year is to speak more openly about communicating with those who have crossed the veil, to speak more openly about, yeah, I speak with people that have passed over. And okay, yes, I'm a medium. Okay, yes, I'm psychic. I I still like choke on those words. I don't know why. You know, and I I feel like maybe that's the you know, fear of being judgment wrapped up in that.

Vision Board Workshop Invitation

Speaking Openly About Mediumship

But I know what that stuff means to me, and I know that there are people that advertise and do that kind of work, so to speak, that do some really horrible things. And I maybe that's what it is. My concern that I'll fall under that, I don't know. But my intention is to speak more openly about what I'm really seeing, seeing, what I'm really feeling, what I'm communicating with, what's going on when I'm talking with the angels even more, what's going on with the spirit teams, the other beings that come in. And these other beings is this is a wide variety of things. And I'm not for sure how far I'm gonna get this year with being able to fully tell you about stuff. Because um it's amazing and uh wow and helpful, but it's if someone would have told me the things that I experienced now 10 years ago, I would have been like, you lost your freaking marbles, like you are jacked up, and I don't know what kind of psychedelic drugs you're doing, but and I'm not doing any drugs, just to be clear. So uh we'll see how that goes. I'm really trying. Also, I am working with the strongest intention of claiming that this is sacred work, this is grounded work, this is uh real, and I don't have to hide any piece of it. I have to remember that my intentions, I know, are for the greater good. And I have to really figure out how to fully muzzle everything around me, which I thought I had, I thought I had, but apparently not. So that that's on my list. All right. So this year, 2026, and I invite you to go on this path with me, especially if anything resonates with you that I talked about. I invite you to go all in on your truth. I invite you to no longer edit yourself to make other people feel comfortable. How many times do we do that? I do it a freaking lot. And I am really kind of done with that, but I think that's coming with age. I think I'm really starting to get way better at that. Not no, I haven't conquered it 100%. But man, I'm I'm getting there, right? Um, also to normalize fear. Fear doesn't mean you're off path. A lot of times it often means you're exactly on it, right? If you didn't have any surrounding thoughts or any surrounding emotions about anything, um I don't know how you would know to guide uh yourself or to empower yourself to follow guidance, right? That might be tricky. So to be clear, when I say we're supported, I mean by a network far greater than the most of us have been taught to believe. Okay, far greater. We are supported by our past loved ones, by angels, by spirit guides, by ancestors, by trees, by animals, by energies, by frequencies, by uh beings in the quantum, by beings that people would call aliens. Like they're we have a network. And I'm telling you, if you focus on it, if you call it in with the utmost positive intentions, you will start to fully believe and feel the support. And once you're able to harness that, man, there's so much excitement that comes with that. And I think that's what's going on inside of me right now. I feel like I'm like bursting and busting at the seams. So this support network, while maybe we can't see them or feel them, you know, a lot of different times, they're out there, okay? They're woven into everyday life. There are little beautiful things that are sent to us all of the time. And all of these incredible synchronicities that when we start to pay attention, start to get better and better, right? We're never walking alone. And support doesn't require perfection. It doesn't mean that you have to be perfect on everything and you have to follow everything. It just requires you to be open to the possibility

Nashville Energies And Human Helpers

of beautiful things around you. All right, another thing I want to touch base on because Spirit called me out on this too. They said, while you talked about your time in Nashville, and while you relayed some of it, you didn't relay all of it. And we want you to talk a little more about that. And I was like, yes, I did. I talked about how awesome it was that you know, women were supporting women, and um there was no um competing. That was so fucking great. There was no competing, no competition. We all supported each other, yes, even if our businesses were extremely similar, we all supported each other. Wow, if the whole freaking world could be like that, it'd be amazing. Anyway, so that wasn't incredible, right? All right, so it doesn't necessarily mean that the situation or the energies that I felt or witnessed or everything or anything was just because it was in Nashville or just because it was a sacred summit, but it was a lot about community. It was mind-blowing because of that many people with the best intentions coming together in sacred energy and creating even more sacred energy. You guys okay, my goal is to get more specific about exactly how this took place because I'm hoping on an interview in the near future I will be able to fully discuss this more, but I don't want to um do that until talking to specific people to ensure that that's okay with them. But okay, like, and I don't a hundred percent know if the stuff that happened was again because of the location or if it was because of um the I don't know, I'm tripping over my words. Anyway, okay, so we went to different restaurants, right? And this was after we had already met uh for one of the days, like some of the girls that we got together, like the OG group that um we started out with, which was fucking amazing. They are all so great and so empowering and so incredible. Anyway, so we're in Nashville. We went to a couple of these restaurants, and the energy was already like magnified, just with us, period, right? Like our energies coming together and having the sacred space of Jessica Swagg's uh, you know, feminine frequency business school and all of that together. But I I'm sitting in the restaurant, okay, and this happened in every restaurant we went to. It wasn't just one. And I can feel there are people around us I know I can already feel myself trying to filter, that aren't like real people, for lack of better words. Like there's not a ton of them, but there's like um okay, so what it reminded me of was I don't know if anybody's seen Lilo and Stitch, but like the the two people that come down to Earth and they want to get Stitch, you know, so they put like um regular people clothes on, but they're actually like aliens, so to speak. Those people actually look very much not like people, right? But the people that I was becoming more aware of in our scenario was they looked like regular people. Okay. But they felt, and this is I'm not saying there was like a million of them. I'm but there's like three or four in like every place that we went to around there. They have um it's a unique energy, but I know this is crazy, but they're not like human. Uh they look human and they can hold a conversation, but they have a much bigger job, if I can say that. They're assisting with raising the frequency of the collective, right? Like we've we're in this uh transition between, you know, different dimensions. It doesn't mean we're gonna like live on a different planet. We're all still gonna be on the same planet, but we're gonna be in different frequencies. And these people are, I call them people, I don't know what to call them, to be honest. These helpers, we'll say, were in several places that we went. And I don't 100% know if it was because it was natural. Maybe Nashville just has a ton of energetic helpers around, like maybe that's baseline. And then in a way, it felt sort of like some of them were observer-like. Like, what is this ball of beaming light coming into our rest, you know, this restaurant right now? Like, and like calling in their helper friends, like, check them out, check them out. Like, what are they up to? What's going on? Uh, it was quite interesting. And I thought, gosh, well, maybe that's why they have such a cool group coming to Nashville. So again, I don't know for sure, like, if that's baseline there or if that's they were called in because the frequency that was created with all of us coming together blew the fucking top off Nashville. I mean, like, it was incredible. I'm not saying like we're godlike and we're just so freaking amazing. Blah, blah, blah. Like, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying there is an energetic frequency that happens when we come together with positive intentions and open hearts. And I am all about creating that at any moment possible in our lives. Because it can only magnify the beauty that exists here. We're being shown so much negativity, and we can do this. So that's why I'm calling y'all. Like, that's I oh my gosh. Okay, so not only that happened a lot, uh at the event, right, which was incredible. And I know they did some sort of prayer or something prior to, I mean, they created a sacred space. The energy felt fucking amazing in there and uh everybody around. And I I could see, and when I say see, like in my third eye, lots of helpers. Um, okay, but these helpers were different because they were in spirit form. So these weren't like random looking human people that were sort of helping, but not necessarily human. These were all in spirit form. So it was like different people from different people's spirit team, it was some past loved ones, it was some past healers, it was um they're telling me white witches. And and when I say white witches, also don't freak out. Like it's it's not um, these are not bad things. I I don't know. I feel like every time I go to say something like that, I have to like uh step up and say, hey, listen, like I am a full Christian as well. Like I fully believe in Jesus, and whether you do or not, that's okay. Like, uh, but I I do. So I'm not like going against uh religion or Jesus or anything like that. And I'm probably saying all that out loud for my own uh fear of whatever. But okay, so at the events, like I'm seeing all these different spirits, right?

Spirit Teams, Celebrities, And Signs

And there is uh one particular family member of someone that was very um, very persistent, very persistent. And I thought, oh wait, I think she's talking to me. And I I thought, okay. Um, and then I I was trying to brush it off. I was like, no, they're not talking to me. I'm just like picking up signals because there's so many spirits in the room, right? That I can feel everybody's like the energies that are here, but I can also feel like their spirit entourages that have come with them. But I said, okay, well, if it comes back three times, I'll listen, right? It happened again, and I was like, uh, I don't know. I think maybe I'm still. Well, the third time it happened, spirit literally like tapped the bottom of my coffee cup. Thank God there wasn't much left in it, but it fell over my hand, like, and was like, no, I'm here. And I'm like, got it, shit. Like I about peed myself. That's only happened one other time that they physically have um done something like that. And the amount of energy that that takes uh is insane, so it's yeah, anyway. Um, so I was able to pass on the message um that I was given there, and I mean it was it was so beautiful, and I felt so honored and um that I was able to do that. It's gonna make me cry. Um but I was also like a little nervous to to talk about it, and okay, so there's some other stuff there too, right? Like at this event, uh sometimes I run into celebrities in the spirit world too, right? And I've called in a couple of them, uh, but I definitely did not call in that I was aware of of this one, okay? So um, or of these ones, I should say. So I'm literally choking trying to get this out of my mouth. Okay, but Spirit is like, you can do it. All right. Here we go. So George Harrison uh was there. Um, Jim Morrison was there, and um, George Harrison was playing like a certain kind of instrument, and it was on his lap, and he was like going back and forth with his hand. I don't know what instrument that was, but um, and he was really just kind of like chilling and um really enjoying like the sound bath and breath work and all of that kind of stuff. This is really where these people came in. Um the spirits were like all there, like all week, like all weekend, really. But so um he's sort of chilling. Um he's got like this like blanket type thing around him. Very calming, beautiful energy. Uh and Jim Morrison was there, and I was like, why would Jim Morrison be here? And I hate to say that out loud, but I don't know a ton about him. I just knew he was Singer of the Doors and uh from what I had heard, done lots of drugs. That was about all I knew. But he was like leaned back in this chair and he was talking about how he used to do stuff like this, and how it was um he people often talked to him or talked about him as it was, you know, like devil's work, or he was working with things that were not good, that were very scary, and these kinds of things. And and he's like, but this is very similar to like what we were doing. Like this is basically like this feeling of um like he was thankful that it didn't feel like to him that there was millions of people surrounding, like pissing and moaning about what was going on in that room, I guess, is kind of what he was energetically um communicating. And it was just kind of like, yeah, I used to do stuff like this, a little bit different, but this is nice, you know. And George Harrison was like kind of observing and you know, everything, and and he just kind of almost had this puzzled look in a way on his face, like I feel like there's been generations trying to put across that all of this stuff of you know, breath work, of sound healing, of energy healing, of all these different pieces that take place to really guide you into reconnecting with the God that lives within you and the highest, um, your highest self, and really tapping into that heart space and peace and all of that. It he almost gives us look like um, hello, like why has it been taken so long? Like, he didn't do it like in an honri tone or anything, it was just like, man, like here we are, right? Like 2025, and we we tried to like encourage and you know, really let Eastern stuff come more to the West and talk about how great it was and everything. And anyway, so it was interesting. And then during the breath work session, there um, so we're you know, we're surrounded by a bunch of other women that went through this too, and um there was a person by me that like a lion lioness walked out of her, like energetically. I'm saying this, like there wasn't like a you know, a physical lion like just tramping around the room. Okay, just to be clear. But uh it was so powerful and uh incredible to witness that and to be a part of it. It was it was really great. Like it almost it left me speechless. Anyway, so I'm like laying there, all this stuff, and and then I find myself in this like space, and it made me feel like a Joe Dispenza meditation, you know, he's like where he talks about like the area of nothingness or something like you're looking around and just for long space, no, I can't remember exactly what he calls it, but anyway,

Iridescent Beings And Homecoming

it was so interesting. Uh, but then I do start seeing some beings, and they are iridescent in color. Like I don't know how to they look um somewhat human, sort of, but they were very beautiful iridescent people. And I guess they're people I beings, and I just I'm like in this space and it feels so amazing. It feels like home. They're very much like you are one of us, and I'm just like, who are the iridescent people? Like, I I don't, I'm not aware of this, you know, but it was the most amazing, peaceful, loving, loving feeling. And I'm really just observing and trying to take all of this in and really blown away at how incredible my body feels and my energy feels being in this space and this like welcoming embrace from all of them. It's it was just so like like they were so happy to see me, and I was so happy to see them, and it was like a homecoming, right? So then uh, and all this is happening with my eyes closed. I'm seeing all this through my third eye. So then I see David Bowie looking like he's like like uh coming from heaven, like he looks a lot like an angel, like he's just coming down, um, sort of in front of me, and he is beautiful, and I am just like, oh my gosh. And he's glowing in the same glow as these people that were around me. And I'm like, holy shit, that's David Bowie, which I think is I just think he's so cool. Like, I just think he's so cool. I don't the sounds that come out of him, like seeing anyway, and I'm like, that's fucking David Bowie. Like, and like my uh human part of me is like freaking out, like so excited about to pee myself. And and he gives me this nod and he um makes some other nods that we'll talk about hopefully in the in a future episode, and he's like, um, hi, you know, and I'm like, hi, and he's like, I'm one of the iridescents as well. And I was like, what? The actual fuck. I was like, oh, straight up, we are family. Like, I'm like, me and David Bowie, family, just to be clear, family. I was so excited. Okay, so um, yeah, so that's a little bit more of the stuff, and I hope you don't run away from my podcast now or um me, because it was really fucking scary to uh talk about that out loud or outside of my circle, should I say. Um, but I want you to know that I feel like there's a lot of similar things that are gonna start to take place for a lot of people. And you guys, when this stuff first started happening to me years ago, like there's several stories of different things like this, but it was scary at first. I was like, what the fuck? I'm losing my shit. I don't know what's happening, I'm freaking out. Um, but I want you to know you don't have to be scared. If there's anything you don't ever want to be a part of, you you can tell it to go away. You can ask your spirit team to say, hey, I don't allow this in this space. Or you can say, I'm not ready for this right now. I'll let you know when I am. Um, there's several people that have been like, I'm okay if I hear you, but I don't want to see you or feel you. There's all kinds of different things. But so often it's it's for support. It's support that they're sending to you. And it's a connection to a frequency that you tap into, right? It's I love it and it's super exciting, and it's so fun, and it's so beautiful, but it is scary sometimes. So I just want you to know that you're not alone. If anything like that is happening, feel free to email me to um Spirit is telling me now that there will be different things in the future in 2026 that um will offer some sort of workshop in regards to different things like this. Oh, geez, they always have ideas. Anyway, um, so all to say, I don't know if all of this happening was because uh of the location of the exact group that was with us, which I do feel like had a humongous part of it. But really, all to say, like community, the amount of frequency uh that we can produce can blow the top off this world. Positive frequency.

Community Frequency And Peace Walkers

Can we just mention the monks right now that are walking all over the United States? They started in Texas, they're walking for peace. Like, not peace just for Buddhist monks, not peace just for women, not peace just for men, not peace just for transgender, not peace just for animals. Everyone, they're walking all the way to Washington, DC for peace for everyone. Even though they don't know you personally, they're walking for peace for you. I want you to take a minute and just feel that in your heart because that's freaking amazing. So, humans are not designed to heal, grow, or thrive in isolation. Just period. We're just not. So I want you guys to take a minute and look at the people, the spaces, the environment surrounding you, and I really want you to ask yourself honestly, are they draining your life force or are they replenishing, uplifting, and expanding you? And I want you to get really clear on which it is, which it is in regards to the space, which it is in regards to those people. And I'm encouraging you to take action to clear what no longer supports your nervous system, your heart or your soul. Because I promise you, if it is sucking the life force out of you over and over, there's a good chance you're not gonna get to the place where you feel at ease, in flow, um, living your highest authentic life. It's hard. It's hard. And it's hard to make those decisions sometimes. So clear what no longer supports your nervous system, heart or soul, and choose more time with people in places that feel nourishing and safe and empowering. Okay. So this year, 2026, soul aligned momentum, you guys. And we are being called to use our sacred courage. I am inviting all of you to get super excited, not from pressure, but from possibility, and offer this gentle reminder to not just you, but I want you to offer it to everyone you come in contact with and let them know too. You do not have to leap alone. You just have to be willing to take the next true step on your path, right? But we are on an upward trajectory. We are in a year one. And before we close this space together, I invite you right now to take one hand to your heart, one hand to your belly, take a slow, intentional breath, and either say silently or out loud and allow these words to move through you. In 2026, I choose to go all in. I allow myself to be fully expressed. I trust the timing, the guidance, and the path unfolding beneath me. Now pause for a minute. Take another breath. Feel this intention anchoring into your cells of your body, into your nervous system, into the field around you. Let your body receive it, not as a pressure, not as expectation, but as a permission. Because this is not a promise to push harder. This is a commitment to live truer. Take one final breath here. And carry this knowing with you as you step into the year ahead.
