A data-informed and customer-centric leader, Sinziana’s passion lies in building and scaling high-performing teams and creating integrated, full-funnel marketing programs.
Prior to Upland, she built the demand generation function from the ground up at Enboarder and managed global demand generation campaigns at WP Engine.
She specializes in connecting the dots between brand awareness, demand generation, and customer advocacy to create scalable and effective marketing strategies.
