The Flow Foundry
The Flow Foundry is a podcast dedicated to the art of teaching yoga. As yoga teachers, we often navigate our journey alone, relying on trial and error to refine our skills. This podcast creates a space for open, inspiring, and authentic conversations that foster collective mentorship.
By sharing real stories from yoga teachers around the world, I hope to help teachers—including myself—gain more confidence, expand our knowledge, and shift from simply "teaching a class" to sharing the experience of yoga in its broadest and most transformative form.
