The Flow Foundry
The Flow Foundry is a podcast dedicated to the art of teaching yoga. As yoga teachers, we often navigate our journey alone, relying on trial and error to refine our skills. This podcast creates a space for open, inspiring, and authentic conversations that foster collective mentorship.
By sharing real stories from yoga teachers around the world, I hope to help teachers—including myself—gain more confidence, expand our knowledge, and shift from simply "teaching a class" to sharing the experience of yoga in its broadest and most transformative form.

Episode 3: From Prescriptions to Poses with Camille Van den Bossche
In this podcast episode, Camille discusses her transition from being a pharmacist to becoming a yoga teacher, including a specialization in kids' yoga. Initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, Camille started practicing in 2014-2015 while working in the pharmaceutical industry. Her pivotal moment came during a volunteer trip to Nepal in 2017, where she was inspired by observing yoga teachers. Despite her scientific background, Camille found her calling in yoga, motivated by the desire to help people in a more preventative and holistic way. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2023 and later pursued training in kids’ yoga. Camille enjoys teaching both adults and children, with a focus on empowerment, inclusivity, and creating a safe space.
