On this week's episode, I share the crutches that I thought I needed in my past. 👇🏻
There was a time I didn’t trust myself to show up without something to lean on..
A drink to feel confident, food to feel comforted or nicotine to feel in control.
But none of it really held me… because deep down I wasn’t holding myself.
So in order to evolve into the highest level version of me, I let these crutches go because I didn't need them anymore. They weren't serving me.
My self concept is now bulletproof. I have gained self trust, love and respect for myself unconditionally.
And the same is possible for you too. ✨
