Cracking the door open and looking inside on today's episode, we have Nancy, who shares about her & her siblings' troubled childhood while forced into foster care because her mother was sent to prison.  Upon the mother's release, she remarried.  What they thought they were escaping was nothing compared to the torture and abuse their mother's new husband and their stepfather inflicted on all of them.
