Lucinda Hage
Lucinda is a native Oregonian who grew up on a ranch in Central Oregon. She became a realtor in 2005 after moving to the Portland metro area and went to work for Coldwell Banker as full time agent/realtor with the plan to work into management. In 2009, she bought a nine-agent Coldwell Banker office in Newberg, OR, creating Coldwell Banker Professional Group. Lucinda has a great passion for working with realtors, mentoring, coaching and growing their careers. She opened a second office in 2015 in McMinnville, OR, purchased a 4th office in 2017 in Lincoln City, in 2019 purchased a 5th office in Eugene, OR, in 2020 opened a 6th office in Newport, OR, and in 2024 opened her 7th in West Linn, just outside Portland, OR. The company currently has 90+ agents and continues to grow. She has been a professional business coach with the Tom Ferry company since 2017. Lucinda has served on the local real estate association board since 2013, was board president 2018 and 2019.
