Becky Potter

Terry and Becky Potter met in 2017 and hit it off immediately like two best friends who have waited decades to finally get to catch up.

  • Love holding hands and public smooches
  • Dreaming of our next vacation (France and then back to Italy are our current dreams)
  • Laughing at Bella’s antics
  • Talking about work, planning the next day, and our next business goal
  • Going out to dinner, plays, and movies
  • Love taking classes: painting classes, cooking classes, and even dance lessons – we still stink at it!
  • Terry loves to tell “bad jokes” and Becky can’t help herself but laugh <face palm>

We decided to step into the wine business (can this be better said somehow?) because we are too young to retire, we love to entertain, and we have what we believe is a beautiful property in Dundee Hills, we want to be able to share with people. We have recently finished planting our estate vineyard.

Marsh & Mallow Co.

Marsh & Mallow Co. exists to create memories that last long after the marshmallows melt.

Founded by Rod & Freddie, we’re a queer & Latinx duo who believe deeply in connection, great treats, and shared experiences. What started as a leap of faith in fall 2024—after our former employer dropped us and their clients—turned into a full-blown mission to bring high-quality, gourmet s’mores back to the Pacific Northwest (and do it better). Backed by nearly four years of s’mores catering experience, we knew this magic deserved to live on.

We’re a gourmet, gluten-free s’mores catering company bringing torch-fired, perfectly toasted treats straight to your event—whether that’s dessert, a late-night bite, or a cozy team treat. As a newly married couple, we know how meaningful it is to create something personal, and we love helping our clients do just that through custom menus and unforgettable moments.

When asked about our name "Tin & Paisley," it reminds me of my daughters. My youngest daughter is all Tin. She loves rustic, western, Pendleton, and turquoise. While my oldest daughter is all Paisley. She loves comfy clothes to dress up or down. Dress with pockets (like her mama) and a good pair of jeans to pair with a blouse. This sums up our store with a dash of jewelry and some gift items for all occasions.

As a hairstylist for 20 plus years, I have always loved helping ladies shine. That feeling you get with a new cut or color is just as amazing as the feeling of finding the perfect jeans! This little boutique to me is my way of sprinkling some love and shine to all our new friends. So girls, let us help you SHINE! Or stop by and say hi!

Calley Riley

Twelve years in the dental field have taught me about organization, how to be precise and efficient in every detail of planning, the value and reward to be found in a hard day's work, and the importance of teamwork. As an EFDA/EFODA, I have perfected my ability to multitask, anticipate the needs of my patients, team, and doctor, and I have learned that attention to detail is a key component to working in the dental field. The past 4 years have honed my skills on the business side of the dental field, and it has pushed me to work smarter than I ever have before. Being in charge of patient follow-up, treatment planning, insurance coding and billing, claims, accounts receivable, payroll, and accounting has helped me with time management, delegation, and organization.

Cassandra Beldowicz

Cassandra’s winemaking journey began the way the best stories do: with an opportunity and a leap of faith. After dinner with a renowned Napa winemaker, she was offered an internship and spent the next three years learning the rules well enough to break them.  Whether she’s touring vineyards, doing late-night punch downs, or sampling the product (quality control matters!), you can be sure she’s doing it her own way. As Corcilla Cellars founder and winemaker, Cassandra brings the laughter, ridiculousness, and passion that make everything else possible. She’d be the first to say that winemaking isn’t always glamorous (and almost never easy), but there’s nowhere she’d rather be and nothing she’d rather be doing.

David Patte

David Patte is the owner, wine, vermouth, and cider maker.  David learned the craft and science of vinification through harvest internships with numerous Oregon wineries and wine makers, including Clay Pigeon Wines, Anderson Family Vineyard and Winery, Lumos Wine Company, Dominio IV Wines, Native Flora Wine, and Mylan Wines. This was supplemented with classes at the Chemeketa Wine Studies Program, and a lifetime of tasting wine, vermouth, and cider in the U.S. and France, and perhaps most importantly, absorbing the stories, lessons, and experiences from hundreds and hundreds of winemakers from France and the U.S. along the way. I don’t remember ever taking a vacation without at least a few days of wine tasting experiences, except perhaps our trips to the Hawaiian Islands. David was enamored with wine early in life as a young adult learning to love aperitifs, Rhone blends, Pinot Noir, and Champagne at the weekly Sunday family feasts and other special occasions.

Emily Yensen

Meet the Family:

FOUNDERS JON AND LESLI OWENS have deep roots in Oregon, spanning eight generations in the state. In 1850, Jon’s great, great, great-grandfather moved his family west on the Oregon Trail, settling in what was then the Oregon Territory, just north of the Chehalem Mountains, about 15 miles from where our vineyard is today. With a family history of farming in the Willamette Valley, it’s no wonder our vineyard thrives here. In the 1990’s, Jon and Lesli lived in Europe, and have traveled extensively around the world over the past few decades. Those travels gave them the opportunity to visit vineyards and wineries in France, Italy, Chile, South Africa and Australia, as well as Oregon, California and Washington. As a multi-generational family business, Jon and Lesli’s son James Owens, their daughter Emily Yensen, and their son-in-law, Zac Yensen all play active roles in the company and will share in its ownership.

Jennifer Warner

With a wildflower heart and a dagger’s edge, I make wines for the ones who feel a little too much and never reasonably fit the mold. Dagger Daisy is my love letter to Oregon’s high-energy soils, sharp instincts, and the feral beauty of independent craft. Each wine I make is single-origin, small-batch, and unapologetically expressive - just like the people I hope will drink it.  I make wine under the watchful gaze of the AVP Wine Collective in Portland, Oregon, while running my consulting business out of Salem. A little chaos, a lot of passion. I do the picking, hauling, pressing, racking, swearing, and labeling myself - sometimes with wine-stained hands, sometimes with a dog on my lap, always with intention. Dagger Daisy is fierce yet feminine, gothic yet light, serious about quality but never self-serious. I believe wine should be both soulful and sharp. Thoughtful but fun. And above all, it should taste like somebody actually cared.

John Lacey

Master John Lacey is the founder and heart behind Musa Martial Arts in Sherwood, Oregon — a school built on roundhouse kicks, real-life lessons, and the power of community. A lifelong martial artist whose Olympic dreams were cut short by a tragic accident, Master Lacey found new purpose through teaching: blending taekwondo, hapkido, and Brazilian jiu jitsu with character development and mentorship.

Guided by resilience and inspired by his wife (his “biggest redirect and believer”), Master Lacey turned personal setbacks into an opportunity to build Musa — a place where kids and adults learn far more than self-defense. At Musa, students practice teamwork, gratitude, and respect alongside their kicks and forms, and even discover their own strength through after-school programs, summer camps, and community partnerships.

Beyond the mats, Master Lacey is known for his kindness, humor, and unwavering belief that martial arts can change lives, because it changed his.

I started NW Accent during "the great shutdown of 2020". I have always been interested in learning how to screen print and in building my own business.  Quarantine gave me a great opportunity to go for it.  Dreams don't work unless you do, right? I started NW Accent in my garage with a used printing press, some YouTube videos, and a lot of help from friends.  I love this company, I love the Pacific Northwest and I love hearing how these Tee's and Hoodies are your go-to items in your closets.  I started with the desire to learn a new skill and quickly realized that this community, its people, and its vibe are so much more to me than just a printed t-shirt.  I am grateful for the help and feedback I've received from my friends and customers.  You all made this journey an amazing escape for me during a time when everyone in the world was confined to their homes.  I have enjoyed growing this dream so much and I have big plans for this company.

I've worked with small, independent inventors from Idaho, as well as with mega brands like Star Wars, and everything in between is equally important and impressive in my mind, each with unique problems to solve. Now with the added firepower of a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, I have increased my toolset with industrial/product design and illustration (3D, modeling, and post-production rendering). I have worked in the corporate world as a team member, making valuable contributions to the development of brands and all the associated design assets. KRISTY GRIFFIN

I’m Kristy, Your Cruise Director… I mean Sort•ologist… I mean Professional Home Organizer. As you can probably tell, I’m not your typical professional home organizer. I use humor to lighten the overwhelm because I know firsthand the weight our stuff carries—and spoiler alert: it’s not really about the stuff. It’s about how we feel about it. The memories it holds, the guilt it triggers, the frustration of not being able to find what you need when you need it. “I know firsthand the weight our stuff carries, and spoiler alert: it’s not really about the stuff.”

And if you’ve ever torn apart a room, or your house, looking for your keys (only to find them in your coat pocket) or been late because something wasn’t where it should be, trust me, I get it.

We (Steve and Luci) are partners in life and business. We've visited countless wineries and tasting rooms throughout the United States and Internaionally maintained an extensive wine cellar; developed sophisticated palates; belonged to 30+ wine clubs; attended countless wine club events, public wine festivals and private events; hosted many wine tasting evaluations for the Wine Tasting Institute; worked in vineyards, tasting rooms, barrel rooms, laboratories, crush pads and warehouses; and learned what we like and don't like about wines and tasting rooms. We started making wine under our Saxton-Serrato label in 2009. From 2011 to 2015, I was president of the Wine Tasting Institute, ‘The People’s Choice’ of wine-tasting services. In 2022, Choice Wineries awarded us #6 on their list of Ten Best Wineries in Oregon (out of more than 900 wineries). Fodor's Travel Pacific Northwest and Fodor's Oregon selected us as a featured winery to visit in Oregon Wine Country.

I've transitioned seamlessly from my roots in Kansas City to proudly call Portland my home. As a member of Keller Williams Portland Premiere, I'm thrilled to bring my passion for real estate to this vibrant community. A proud mom, devoted wife, and sports enthusiast, I've always thrived in dynamic environments. My journey into real estate began with the purchase of our own home, where I witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of a skilled agent. That experience ignited my passion for guiding others through the real estate process, fostering positive outcomes for both buyers and sellers alike. Passion, enthusiasm, and a tireless work ethic define my approach to client representation. I'm known for my energy, intuition, attention to detail, and stellar communication skills, all of which contribute to my track record of success. Whether you're buying or selling, I'm dedicated to navigating the process with you, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience every step of the way.
