Nick Clark is the Owner, Founder, and Meatsmith of Mountain View Heritage. 

 Mountain View Heritage is a family-run farm focused on sustainable farming and whole-hog butchery. We are passionate about connecting people to their food. Our farm-to-table classes offer a hands-on journey into whole-hog butchery, cooking, and preserving. We're creating a supportive community that shares our love for these practices. Our goal is to help people move away from factory farming and instead raise their own sustainable animals or work with local farms. Butchery – breaking down whole animals into usable cuts. Curing – preserving meat with salt, sugar, and spices (like bacon or prosciutto). Charcuterie – creating items like sausages, salami, pâté, and terrines. Whole-animal utilization – honoring the entire animal and minimizing waste.
