With a strong bias toward action, she believes real growth requires risk, mistakes, and learning along the way.
A lifelong amateur and former college athlete, Sarah has competed in 5Ks, duathlons, sprint triathlons, half marathons, a Half Ironman, and Spartan races. In fitness, business, and everyday life, she brings a drive for simplicity, efficiency, and progress.
Sarah loves the fullness of life—marriage, parenting their four kids, and encouraging women to pursue strength, growth, and confidence in every season.
