Carolyn Crane is the host and producer of The Whimsy Farm Podcast. 

She is an award winning writer and journalist whose mission is to help create positive change on the planet. This means highlighting sustainability, compassion, diversity, understanding, and hope. 

In addition to hosting and producing the podcast, Carolyn teaches English composition at Oakland Community College and Washtenaw Community College. She's been a composition instructor for 35 years. 

Carolyn is also at work on a biography of Utah Phillips for Monthly Review Press. 

Located in Southeast Michigan, Whimsy Farm is a permaculture farm Crane began rewilding in 2023. What was two + acres of lawn is now native prairie and food forest.
