A leader by example, Christie Angel has spent three decades engaging her community, building relationships and advising leaders—all while transforming organizations. She specializes in leadership development and integration, helping senior-level executives drive positive shifts within their organizations. Her focus is not only on helping clients identify their next best leader, but also coaching through the onboarding and transition processes, nurturing positive relationships and lasting impacts.

Christie is a contributing board member to numerous local organizations and a three-time recipient of Columbus Business First’s “Power 100.” She was also named a YWCA Women of Achievement in 2015 and selected by her peers as CEO of the Year in the large nonprofit category (2020). 

Tracy brings nearly 30 years of experience in executive search, retention solutions, and leadership advisory services. He specializes in the affordable housing, non-profit, community development, association, and middle-market sectors, establishing a proven track record of placing long-tenured C-Suite executives.

An INROADS Alumnus and life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Tracy is also a member of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Opportunity Foundation and the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ) and is an active participant in the Jefferson Scholars Foundation National Selection Committee and the Fairfield Rotary Club. Tracy earned his BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce. He resides in Connecticut and is a proud parent of two grown daughters, Ariana, and CJ.
