Sammy Pahal
Sammy Pahal is the Managing Director of the UK PropTech Association (UKPA), the not-for-profit organisation driving digital transformation across the UK property industry. With a background in psychology and early experience at Ordnance Survey, Sammy brings a unique perspective to PropTech — one that focuses as much on people and behaviour as it does on technology itself. Since joining UKPA in its early days, she has played a pivotal role in shaping its evolution, including its transition to a not-for-profit and its integration into the British Property Federation, now part of the newly formed Real Estate UK. Sammy works closely with government, investors and industry leaders to help unlock innovation, remove barriers to adoption and support the growth of the UK’s PropTech ecosystem. She is widely recognised for her ability to connect strategy, policy and real-world application in an increasingly complex and fast-moving sector.
