Following a successful career leading large multi-branch operations, Jo founded Could Be Done Ltd, where she works with estate agents & property businesses to develop stronger leaders, more engaged teams and healthier workplace cultures. Renowned for her collaborative, practical and people-first approach, Jo specialises in leadership development, communication, team building and organisational culture, helping businesses unlock the potential that already exists within their people. Alongside Clare, Jo created the WIEA Leadership Programme, providing a supportive environment where aspiring leaders can develop confidence, challenge limiting beliefs and build the skills to thrive.
