Gratitude and Attitude Podcast

Episode 7 - Self-Care is the Best ROI

Gratitude

In Episode 7 of Gratitude and Attitude, Nan and Pri remind us of the power of something too often overlooked—self-care! Their mantra? Self-care is the best ROI. After hearing their insights, it’s easy to agree! While investments are usually seen as external, putting them into yourself can be the most rewarding.
Nan also reminds us that self-care isn’t always active…sometimes choosing not to do something is just as valuable! Sometimes time-outs are absolutely critical.
As usual, this episode takes us through the show’s ups and downs of laughter and meaningful reflection. Pri laughs hysterically as she and Nan break into breathing exercises, practicing self-care live on the show!
Pri closes the episode with the concept of mindfulness. Mindfulness isn’t meditation—but meditation is a form of mindfulness. Mindfulness is 100% being present in the moment.
