Danielle brings over a decade of experience in real estate and inside sales to the mic. Her passion for performance, people, and process shines through every episode.

Before stepping into her current role as Vice President of Growth & Performance Coach at The Franklin Team, Danielle built a dynamic career as a Listing Agent and leading high-performing Inside Sales Teams.

Within The Franklin Team, Danielle has worn many hats: Sales Manager, Listing Specialist, and now VP of Growth. She now leads the Listing and Inside Sales Teams, guiding agents from the first appointment to the closing table, while coaching them on scripts, accountability, time blocking, and overall professional growth.

Sarah Franklin Savard is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University and a second-generation real estate professional with a passion for family, business, and adventure. After earning her degree, Sarah began her career alongside her father, Jimmy Franklin, the founder of The Franklin Team—a company he started over 40 years ago with a commitment to integrity and service in real estate. 

In 2013, Sarah and her brother, Andrew Franklin, purchased the business from their father, stepping into leadership with a shared vision to grow and evolve the company into one of the most respected names in the industry.

Beyond her professional achievements, Sarah cherishes time with her husband Matt, their two children—Logan (8) and Jack (6)—their lovable dog Hank, and their tortoise, Sandy. In her free time, she enjoys playing mahjong with friends, staying active, and taking every opportunity to travel and explore new and exciting places.
