Welcome to Day 1 of the Push-Up Challenge!

This challenge isn’t about being the strongest—it’s about showing up and improving.

Today’s goal is 35 push-ups, but I don’t know how many I’ll actually complete. Maybe it’s 15. Maybe it’s 20. Maybe I hit 35 or even 50. Wherever I start, that’s my baseline.

Now it’s your turn.

Do as many push-ups as you can and post your number in the comments. Whether you do 1, 10, 20, 35, 50, or more, you’re part of the challenge.

As we get stronger, we’ll increase the goal by 5 reps at a time. The objective is simple: build discipline, stay consistent, and become a little better every week.
