Elizabeth Laskar

Elizabeth Laskar is a consultant and an accomplished trainer with extensive experience in peacebuilding and sustainable systems change. She is a trainer of facilitators for Creators of Peace International. She is also a trained facilitator for UNESCO Collective Healing Circles (CHC), a qualified mindfulness practitioner, and since 2022 has taken on a voluntary position as Secretary for Creators of Peace International which is active in over 30 countries.  

From 2004 she spent a significant period advocating for justice and equality in sustainable fashion, collaborating with designers and thought leaders in the industry through the Ethical Fashion Forum which she co-founded. 

Her previous roles include leading the Oxford Human Rights Festival and as a researcher at the Centre for Development and Emergency Practice in Oxford where she received a distinction in her MA in Shelter and Disaster in 2019.

Miranda Shaw

Miranda Shaw has many years of experience in the peace building field. She has been a facilitator and trainer for Creators of Peace for more than a decade and been UK National Coordinator since 2016 and is a trainer of trainers for Creators of Peace.  

In 2023 she became a trainer and facilitator for the UNESCO Collective Healing Circles (CHC).  

Since 2022 Miranda has been the volunteer treasurer for the Creators of Peace International committee which is active in over 30 countries.  

She graduated with a degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Bradford in 2009 and has since worked on many projects including managing a community cafe and running the Affordable Oxford Housing campaign. She has managed hundreds of volunteers in these roles, managed catering and community events and taught violin. As one of the founders of the ‘Food Surplus Cafe’ in Oxford, she feels strongly about bringing together community in empowered ways.

Nataliia Muzyka

Nataliia Muzyka is a strategic leader in the nonprofit sector with a unique international profile and over 10 years of experience in transformational advocacy. She specializes in building strategic partnerships, advancing digital inclusion, and leveraging AI for social impact.  She is the founder of EmpowerAI Solutions CIC, a UK-based social enterprise dedicated to using AI to empower vulnerable communities and nonprofits.

Nataliia is the founder and head of The Association of Mothers and Wives of Ukraine’s Defenders, a nonprofit that unites and supports families of military personnel, including those of fallen and missing soldiers. Under her leadership, the organization has expanded across 14 regions of Ukraine, has more than 3000 members in network and providing critical advocacy, support, and resources to thousands of families. She has led large-scale advocacy campaigns influencing national policies and reaching over 10 million people.
