Norma Garcia is an accomplished entertainment executive with vast expertise in motion pictures, TV, premium cinema technology, and ethical AI. As former Head of International Marketing at Lucasfilm, she managed global strategies for iconic franchises like Star Wars and Indiana Jones, and previously directed international marketing for Paramount Pictures' renowned franchises, including The Godfather and Mission: Impossible. Norma also played key roles launching Dolby Cinema globally and enhancing THX's premium cinema experience. Currently advancing her AI knowledge at Stanford University, she actively mentors through Women in Exhibition and UNIC Women’s Leadership Program, recognized among the Top 50 Women Leaders in San Francisco and Global Cinema.
