In this episode, Ellie discusses the frustrating game of 'postural whack-a-mole' which is, unfortunately, a normal and necessary part of the process of getting to the root causes of your pain and truly healing. You won't untangle your posture without feeling you are taking two steps backwards frequently (you're not actually taking steps backwards, it's just that your body is changing and it can be hard to keep up). Keep going but keep adapting what you're trying to do with your body and you'll get there in the end (and feel physically amazing but also so proud of yourself!)
