In this episode, Ellie is joined in the studio by Danni Oates, a Posture Squad member who came all the way from Essex (and back in a day - eek!). Danni is an interesting guest to have on as she has been doing posture fairly consistently for a few years, but hasn't been getting great results (yet). It's wonderful to hear how someone can stay so motivated despite the challenges and hopefully the foot burning, hip wobbling routine we put together for her helps to start making some clear head-way.
