I first met Aurélie two years ago when I took our youngest girl for a check up.
It wasn't the easiest day, hearing how her body wasn't aligned and how various things were out of place but Aurélie provided a safe space, support and a way forward for our now almost 4 year old whom I can barely keep up with on a day to day basis!
I wanted to hear about her journey to where she is today and I am so glad she agreed to come on to the podcast. She also invited me into her beautiful home and was the perfect host for our recording.
