Vanessa Gorelkin
Vanessa Gorelkin is the Host of Real Over Ideal, a new podcast in 2025.
Vanessa's professional career spans nearly 30 years. She has served in both clinical and executive leadership roles.
Vanessa graduated with a BA from Brandeis University and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University. She is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Executive Coach.
In addition to her formal education, Vanessa has completed training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Provider services for Neurodivergence: Autism and ADHD, Anxiety Techniques, and Internal Family Systems.
Vanessa helps people across the globe via telehealth. She is passionate about bringing out the best in each individual with whom she works.
