A unique and innovative mentoring and coaching network, developed, driven and delivered by high achieving professionals from the Black community. Our activities can benefit learners from all communities. Our Mentors are from diverse professional backgrounds and offer insight about their industries through presentations, panel and focus group discussions. We also encourage conversations and activities that seeks to engage diverse audiences with the aim of promoting racial harmony ,inclusion and reduction of inequalities in underprivileged communities.
Dr Susan Ozer is a Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician, working in the NHS and private sectors.
Dr Ozer has postgraduate diplomas in mentoring and coaching and a level 8 accredited coach and mentor.
Dr Ozer is the CEO and founder of One2 One Mentoring Network, a registered charity. She has a Masters degrees in medical education and psychology respectively.
Dr Ozer is an award winning best selling author and passionate about writing for her patients and clients.
