Maria Marks holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Sciences (Purdue) and Nursing (IUPUI). With experience in cardiac care, med-surg, and the OR, her passion for helping others began in healthcare. After years of patient care, she realized her calling was to create generational wealth—and empower others to do the same. Her move into real estate was fueled by a desire for financial freedom and to help others find it too. Maria co-founded Wealth Mission Group (WMG), a private real estate debt fund providing consistent cashflow for investors. Their mission: help professionals stop trading time for money and build wealth backed by real assets. Today, Maria is a General Partner in 1,500+ units, a Limited Partner in 3,000+ units, and leads WMG in deploying capital into secured opportunities.
