Candius Stearns is a 30-year entrepreneur and business owner based in Detroit. After successfully building an insurance agency and third-party administration business, she expanded into real estate investing and became a general partner in a half-billion-dollar real estate syndication. Today, she leads Stearns HR, an HR and health insurance firm that helps employers stay compliant and competitive, and Stearns Capital, a consulting firm serving family offices and ultra-high-net-worth investors. Her work is rooted in Midwestern values, Greek Orthodox faith, and the experience of raising two sons while building multiple businesses. Candius is passionate about simplifying money and business so families and owners can protect what matters most—legacy, people, and wealth.
