She co-founded CondéNet, one of the earliest large-scale digital divisions inside legacy publishing, doubled revenue as CEO of Federated Media, and later served as Managing Director of a venture fund at Penske Media Corporation, investing in emerging Internet and innovation-driven companies.

Today, Deanna is an angel investor and founder of ContinuumPro AI, expanding her work into scalable intelligence systems and platform innovation. She is known for building durable growth platforms at the intersection of media, technology, capital, and entrepreneurship - and for helping founders move from earning to owning.

Maria Marks holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Sciences (Purdue) and Nursing (IUPUI). With experience in cardiac care, med-surg, and the OR, her passion for helping others began in healthcare. After years of patient care, she realized her calling was to create generational wealth—and empower others to do the same.
