Brit is the Founder & Principal of BSW Design and COO of Steptoe Carpentry. With over 15 years in the construction industry and 9 in Design, she has built her career on the principles of quality craftsmanship, well-executed design and a dedication to creating spaces that truly last.
Her passion is crafting legacy homes - homes that are built to stand the test of time, both in style and substance. We focus on sustainability, meaningful choices, and timeless design. Her deep love of the English countryside and the world of Equestrian sport gives a unique viewpoint on aesthetics and the importance of living well in ones' space and on ones' property.
