When you use the word “should,” you create pressure where there doesn’t need to be any. Should is not desire based; its approval based. 

 It’s a word that pulls you out of the present and into judgment what you should’ve done, what you should be doing, or who you should be by now.

In this episode, I break down how “should” keeps you disconnected from your actual desires and aligned action. I share examples of how this word has shown up in my own life, and how shifting from “should” to “want” or “choose” changes everything from your energy to your self-trust.

Once you remove “should” from your vocabulary, you stop performing and start aligning. You come from a place of power and integrity.
