There are so many reasons we get shook throughout the day, a text, a look, a shift in energy, and how you move through it determines whether you stay stuck or come back to power.

In this episode, I walk you through simple, grounded ways to process those moments instead of spiraling through them:

  1. Feel the feeling and take time with yourself to understand what your gut is saying and name the reaction. Write and keep a log. 
  2. Go to The Source... Ask for questions reach for clarification
  3. Ritual - Have a resetting. Find a way to "busy" yourself in the feelings because stuck energy stays stuck. Put energy somewhere Talk it out with a non biased person. And allow the energy to get back to your POWER.  Journal.

We will always have things come up and the more you know yourself, the quicker you can return to your power.
