June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, and when it comes to our wellness, men can lack the ability of knowing when to reach out for help. Whether it is reaching out to a professional, or clergy, or even the right friends, we'd rather stay in it than call out for the help we need. My friend Victor Love is addressing the need of recognizing when help is needed, and doing something about it. Sometimes all you just need is to take a ride with a friend and talk things out. His upcoming podcast called "The Ride" is therapy and discovery in a car, while getting a very necessary "check-up from the neck up".
