Anxious to Aligned: Where Science Meets Soul is a podcast, and a practice. Hosted by Holly Bickerstaffe (sound therapist, harmonic alchemist & inner soul facilitator) and Judy Galek (holistic anxiety coach & certified life coach), this show explores what anxiety actually is, in your body, your energy, and your belief systems, and what it takes to move through it, not just manage it.
