Danielle is the founder of ProcessWorx a human resource and safety company. She has over thirty years’ experience in people management, industrial relations and safety across Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Danielle graduated with a Bachelor of Economics Honours degree and completed the Department of Productivity and Labour Relations graduate program. She has a Certificate IV Work Health and Safety as well as a Diploma of WHS. Danielle has created a unique and innovative Human Resource and Safety program for Australian small business as well as for Farms. She leads an impressive team of HR and safety professionals that develop management systems, training, coaching and compliance advice as well a technology team that develop software and mobile applications.

Julii is Head of Safety at ProcessWorx, with over 15 years of experience as a senior WorkSafe Inspector, conducting inspections and investigations across a broad range of industries. She has significant agricultural experience having been a farmer in a range of agricultural industries and specialises in this space. With formal qualifications in Occupational Safety and Health, Quality Auditing, Management, and Workplace Training, Julii brings both technical expertise and practical insight. She understands the real-world challenges faced by employers and is passionate about helping businesses improve safety, manage risk, and build lasting compliance.

Marisa is an experienced and motivated HR professional with a strong HR generalist and business operations background, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, leadership training & development, workers compensation & injury management, and employee retention. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a minor in Counseling. Marisa is also an accredited DISC Profiler.
