Cheta Nwanze is a researcher, policy analyst, and risk advisor with cross-sector experience in government, non-profits, academia, and the private sector.

Ndukwe Onuoha works at the intersection of storytelling, culture and public life.

He is a communications and campaign strategist who helps brands and organisations tell stories grounded in human truth, delivering campaigns recognised locally and internationally.

Alongside this, he is a spoken-word poet, using poetry to explore heritage and belonging. His work is available on major digital platforms and has been performed on stages around the world.

Ndukwe is also deeply engaged in politics and civic leadership. He serves as a Labour Councillor for Mackworth and New Zealand ward in Derby, and as Cabinet Member for Streetpride, Public Safety & Leisure. He has also contributed to campaign strategy and political communications for select candidates and causes.
