Hello jungle and happy hump day. Citywide does not offer just a few services. We offer complete facility solutions. From floor care to janitorial to pressure washing, lighting, handyman services, disinfection, and much more. You are a one-stop resource for every commercial building you serve. But here's the key. If the client doesn't know it, it doesn't exist. Many clients only think of you for the service they originally hired us to provide. That's why education is part of your role. Selling services isn't about pushing, it's about helping. When you notice a dirty parking lot, worn floors, broken tile, poor lighting, or an unpleasant odor, that's not just a problem to identify, it's an opportunity to serve. Use the two questions exactly as written and share the two-page bifold insert highlighting our 20 plus facility maintenance solutions. When I speak to my clients, they typically want to speak to me about one of two things. Either which service do you have going out to bid next or which contractor is causing you pain or frustration? Which would you like to discuss first? Your job isn't to sell, your job is to inform and offer solutions. As we approach the end of the second quarter, many clients are evaluating facility needs, planning improvements, and looking ahead to upcoming priorities. The conversations you have today can open doors for future opportunities. Be the person who plants the seed. Every time you walk a building, you're walking through an opportunity. An opportunity to help. An opportunity to improve. An opportunity to expand the relationship. You don't need to memorize 20 plus services.
