Tom has been with HCDI since 2009, significantly growing Home City’s portfolio and impact in his 15-year tenure. During that time, HCDI has renovated over 440 units with another 113 in development. HCDI has also added a Resident Engagement program that seeks to enhance the lives of those who live in this housing. 

I am a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish) Economic Development and Higher Education Executive with over a decade of experience driving economic vitality, fostering strategic relationships, and advocating for equitable opportunities in Western Massachusetts and beyond. As Vice President and Chief of Staff for the Western Massachusetts Economic Development Council (EDC), I lead initiatives that generate substantial regional economic activity while promoting inclusivity and access.
