Hey Richard and Ben... On the subject of sending reminder texts to mates... I've been reflecting and think it's definitely a good thing (he says somewhat ironically as there's a friend of mine I need to catch up with and drink whisky together on a video call)....(Caught up on all the shows now!). Speak soon. Mike from the old country...
2 things. First picketers have made floss redundant for the impatient. Second, there are 2 kinds of driving tests. A written test on the road rules and a practical driving skills test. The written test should apply to those renewing. The practical test could apply to those of extreme age ( over 80)
I have deliver 6 eulogies: each of my parents, 2 uncles, the best man from my wedding and a work mentor and friend. I have always tried to paint a picture of who the person was, as a human being, not just what they were or what they did. I have lived by the rule that, if in doubt, always attend a funeral if you can. It is a kindness to the family and friends of the deceased and you invariably learn something you did not know about the deceased. It often serves to remind you that all human life is special and everyone has their qualities, challenges etc, even those we assume have lived “ordinary” lives. Michael
you guys are awesome!
