It’s something you declare with your whole body.
Here’s how to do it:

Get out of your head and into your body. Plant your feet firmly on the ground. Shoulder-width apart. Strong stance.
2️⃣ Breathe Deep
Take one powerful breath in through your nose.
Exhale with force.
Oxygen fuels emotion. Emotion fuels belief.
3️⃣ Add Movement
Move with every statement.
Raise your arms. Step forward. Pound your chest.
Motion creates emotion.
4️⃣ Use Your Voice
Turn up your volume.
Change your tone.
Emphasize key words.
Say it like you mean it. Say it like it’s already true.
5️⃣ Feel It
This is the most important part.
Don’t just say the words — generate the emotion.
Feel confidence in your chest.
Feel power in your posture.
Feel certainty in your voice.
6️⃣ Repeat with Intensity
Repetition builds belief.
Belief drives action.
Action creates results.
