Meet Preston (or "sir" as I would have called him in the Marines)
As you can see from the headline (and his gnarly ears), he is one tough cookie on the mat. As per the first episode of the month, we will discuss discipline and how it relates to training combat sports such as BJJ.
I challenge you to find a middle aged RECREATIONAL BJJ student that lacks discipline. This interview with an active COMPETITIVE student of the sport aims to enlighten on the importance of training for the mind, body and soul.
I said in a previous episode that if you need advice from someone that will not create drama and will seek to understand your issues and not judge you, find an older BJJ student.
If you learn BJJ as a LEO, you are VERY unlikely to ever get beaten up by the criminals of this world.
