Cyn

The only married one of the group, Cyn brings life experience, deep empathy, and a clear-eyed perspective to every episode. A proud mom, Roni, and co-owner of a growing wine business with her husband and family, Cyn knows how to balance grit and grace. Whether she’s offering advice, opening up about life’s messier moments, or pouring the perfect glass, she leads with honesty, warmth, and just the right dose of humor. She’s here to connect, reflect, and remind us that no stage of life comes with a manual, but a little wine and good company can go a long way. Cheers!!

Shelly

Born in the heart of Fort Worth, Shelly is the blonde-haired, blue-eyed force behind a beloved small-town boutique café known for its scratch-made comfort food, handcrafted lattes, and cocktails strong enough to stir up a little truth. A proud mama to an adult child and an even prouder business owner, she’s built a space where biscuits are buttery, the coffee is bold, and every guest feels like family.

Now, she’s bringing her feisty wit and sharp intelligence to the mic as one-fourth of Not So Dear A.B.B.Y. a podcast with three of her fiercest girlfriends that serves up unfiltered advice, real talk, and just the right amount of sass. Shelly is equal parts class and grit, with a heart as big as Texas and a mouth that says what you're thinking, only better.

Tammy

Tammy grew up in McKinney, Texas at a time when there were no cell phones and no social media which allowed her to live life in the moment and by the seat of her pants. TNN and MTV played music videos 24/7 and 80’s music was the soundtrack to her teenage years. After college, Tammy took an IT job in corporate America and has been there since, even though her true passion is for music and singing.

Who she is today is shaped by her life experiences and memories spanning from her childhood to present day. She wears her scars with pride and as evidence that she’s a survivor. But those scars are just a small part of her story. She’s done a lot of living and still has much more to do.

Tammy loves to have a good time and keep things lighthearted, but can offer up a serious dose of reality with a smile.
