Matt Baxter
Matt Baxter is an entrepreneur and HR tech founder best known as the CEO and co-founder of WedgeHR, a hiring platform focused on one-way video interviews and modern recruiting workflows. He is based in the Grand Rapids area and studied at Hope College.
He started his first business at age 15 and has spoken publicly about entrepreneurship, recruiting reform, and making hiring more human-centered. He has also co-authored The Hiring Knot, a book about modern recruiting challenges and improving talent acquisition.
