SPEAKER_00I'd like to thank you and Rahul Barrera for giving me this opportunity to come and share my ideas about weight loss and diabetes. Some of you, I think, might have watched my lectures on YouTube. And some might have uh possibly attended my session last time, July 2019. So, how many of you are following this lifestyle? Okay, okay. Partly good, good. Some somewhere doing like this, maybe that not on Saturday Sunday. Maybe something like that. Okay. So today I'll be talking about a lifestyle that can cause weight loss and it can control your diabetes without medicines. That's what the topic is. And uh the idea is I should finish by 9 9 5. Then we can have question answers. Certain questions are asked, mostly they would be answered in my session. But if I got some other questions, also you can ask, no problem. I have given you my email address, ewl.adotrust at gmail.com. So if at all you want to ask any question in future, feel free to write an email. You will get an answer within eight days. That is my commitment. And actually, this some space is vacant. So, but some people are comfortable sitting at the back benches, no problem. So you can come close and see your choice. Okay, you should not be able to read this. That's what disclaimers are meant for. Only the idea is that I'm not responsible for what you do after my lecture. Because I'm talking in USA, India, we don't bother after the lecture. Go to help. That is your choice, whether to follow it or not. But here it's a legal binding, and Rahul is very careful. Rahul says, No, we have to be careful, somebody will sue us in court. What I'm saying is that this is a lifestyle, and lifestyle has its own limitations. It is given as a general advice, so it's not a replacement to one-to-one consultation in a clinic. So understand that, but definitely what I'm going to say is going to help you. So the disclaimer is there for a legal purpose. All the credit for this lecture and the campaign with called World Free of Obesity and Diabetes goes to the goes to my mentor, late Dr. Shrikant Jiskar. People from Maharashtra know him very well. I don't want to say many things about him. But if I Google about Dr. Jiskar, it will come to me how eminent person he was. And because of him, for the first time in my life, I came to know that if you want to be healthy, eat only two meals a day. And the essence of the lecture was that there is a hormone called insulin in your body, and if the insulin level increases, you land into obesity, you get insulin resistance, and then diabetes. This was the essence of his lecture.
SPEAKER_01And I followed his advice for three months.
SPEAKER_00Then I refined I ate 18 different food items to see in insulin secretion myself. Spent 40,000 rupees that time and understood which items cause insulin secretion. So possibly you must have seen only one, the first doctor who has experimented on himself. Doctors experiment on others, but I experiment on myself and I'm telling you the essence what I learned after that experiment. So listen to this lecture carefully. Like you watch a movie and then tell the story to your friends. Sometimes there the people are so good at storytelling that the movie is three hours, they tell the story for five hours. So don't add anything in the story, but tell the right things. So that because you are only 40, 50, 60 people sitting here, but there are 60,000 outside, and all of them require this information. So understand and then spread the message. When I started this campaign in 2013, people thought he's a quack, people thought he doesn't have a scientific background. There's a lot of debate happening. They don't know who is Dr. Diki. But then slowly they realize that he's a professor in medical college. He wrote books for research methodology, biostatistics, and my books are read by postgraduate students all over India. So, and at public research, I am in public domain. I am accountable to you can ask me questions. All other YouTubers, they are sitting somewhere. They may say, apply a clamp here and your sugar will go down. You buy the clamp and it doesn't go down. Then whom to ask? That's a question. They don't have degrees, they don't have any credibility. So that's the difference. But good things are happening. 12th October 2025, the research society for study of diabetes in India, which is a diabetologist organization. The Chattyskar branch honored me by giving oration. So honor my diabetologist to a public health expert is a great thing that happened. And I asked them that you are very brave people. So some of your friends find me as an enemy. I say that diabetes is irreversible, and your friends said, No, no, it cannot happen like that. And you're so brave that you are felicitating me in your program. They said, No, you are doing something that we are not able to do. So that's a good thing that is happening. This is the oration that they gave me. Now, how many of you are suffering from diabetes? If you raise your hand, I will understand. Okay, four or five people. Some people may be shy, the number will be double. Anyway, no problem. So whether your doctor has told you it is a reversible condition. You can control it without medicine. Has anybody told you? Your doctors?
SPEAKER_03No.
SPEAKER_00No, nobody has told it. The study conducted in India 260 diabolics were asked three questions. First question is diabetes reversible? And 71% said yes, it is reversible. Though none of your doctors have told. But in study, 71% said it is reversible. Then they're asked the second question: how many of your patients can revert? They said 40% can revert. So naturally, they're asked the third question. You know it is reversible. You know your patients can do it. Why don't you tell them? The first answer was 89% doctors said our patients are not disciplined. So we don't tell them. We tell them not to eat sweet, they will eat sweet. So we don't tell. Second, 43% said that patients are good, but their relatives, they don't have family support. That if it two meals, then they as if he's going to die after seven days. So they will make some good food atoms, whatever he likes, and make it in the breakfast. So this is over in two, three days. So they say we don't tell. And 29% said we want to tell, but we don't have a physical instructor to tell exercise and diet and all that. So these are answers given. But diabetes reversal is a reality. And American Diabetes Association, which is the largest association of diabetologists in the world, and their advice is followed all over the world. They said diabetes remission is a reality. No, there are two different words: reversal and remission. What's the difference? In non-chemical disease, we don't expect you to be cured of the disease. In infectious disease, we can cure you by giving antibiotics, antivirals. So you go back to the original position. Here we are not expecting that you will you can eat half kilogram of Rasgulda and still your blood sugar will not increase, though you are a diabetic now. We are not expecting that. What we are expecting is that you can control your diabetes without medicines, and that is also a great achievement. So, what is remission is HBONC below 6.5 for at least three months without medicine. That is called diabetes remission, as the definition given by American Diabetes Association. And ADA said there are three ways in which you can do it. One way they said barietic surgery. That is another surgery. Then they said it is possible by taking low carb diet. Now, Indians, we are used to taking 400-500 grams of carbohydrates every day. They say you take only 20 to 40 grams. That is one-tenth of what you are used to taking. Third thing, they said that if you take very low calorie diet, you require 2000 calories. They say if you take 840 calories per day, it will cause diabetic remission. This happened in a trial which happened in UK called direct trial. In 140 patients, they give this 840 calories. They found after one year, 59% people went into diabetic emission. So these three ways they are suggested that can cause diabetes remission. So diabetic remission is a reality. No diabetes can say that it is a myth. It's a reality. But if you look at all these three methods, what you find that paranetic surgery is a surgery. Three out of thousand will die on the table. Three percent will have to carry a bag to pass the stools. They cannot have normal stools because the intestines get paralyzed. 30% would have minor complications. And after surgery, also you have to follow lifestyle. Not that you can eat whatever you want to eat. So why not to follow lifestyle before operation? Very low carbohydrate or low calorie diet, not sustainable. You can do it for two, three months max. But again, you will start eating and you will put on it. So these methods are risky, costly, and not sustainable. So I am going to tell you something that is free, safe, and 10 times more effective than all these methods. I think everybody will be interested to know this. Now, if I ask you what is your diabetes, you say my sugar is more. That's why I am a diabetic. But there is a flaw in understanding diabetes. Diabetes is not a disease of sugar, it is a disease of insulin. The hormone that is responsible for controlling sugar in our body. So the causes insulin effect is sugar. If you don't produce insulin, you land into type 1 diabetes, which happens in diagnosing childhood. The children do not produce insulin in their bodies, so they have to take insulin injections throughout their life. So no insulin, you are type 1 diabetic. More insulin, but is not effective, you are into type 2 diabetes. The way you raise your hands. You got diabetes at 40, 45 years ago. That is type 2 diabetes. So the cause of the problem is insulin. So we should focus on insulin. No insulin, type 1, more insulin not working properly, type 2 diabetes. So our effort should be towards increasing sensitivity to insulin. But all our efforts in our medical practice are about sugar. Whether you take any medicine, it is purpose to reduce blood sugar. The purpose is not to improve insulin sensitivity, it can happen only with metaphorin to some extent. Because insulin sensitivity can be improved only by lifestyle modification. And when the lifestyle modification is not a subject of interest of pharma companies. They want medicines, they don't want lifestyle. So there, when there is no pharma, there is no money. There is no money, there is no doctor. So who will go over there? So we have to focus on insulin. And when you say many times that why you put on weight because calories in calories out. If you want to lose weight, eat less, spend more. Easy to understand. Because if you earn money, don't spend your FD will increase. But in real life, more than calorie in, calorie out, there is a third thing that is called calorie wastage. Like two motorcycles, 100 GC. One will give average of 40, other gives average of 50. Why this difference? Because the engine is fuel efficient in one case, not fuel efficient in the other case. That's true for human beings also. So some people eat more, still they don't put on weight. Some people eat less, they will put on weight. So it's not very easy to equate it with calories in calories out. That's the problem. So the hormonal aspect of obesity that is insulin is more important. You take the example of type 1 diabetics. Type 1 diabetes, you may feed them five kilograms of food every day. Still, they will not put on even a gram of weight because the insulin is necessary to put on weight. If they don't have insulin, they will not put on weight. And how to know about your insulin? Simple way is you give her blood and major fasting insulin. And it is not done routinely. None of your doctors have told you to go for fasting insulin. But it is the most important thing that if your fasting insulin is more, you are near type 2 diabetes. So you have to get it done. And how you can get it done in USA, you have got a lot of problems. Your doctor has to prescribe it, it should be covered under your schemes, whatever. But there is a website, www.walkinlab.com. I think if you have heard of it. So if you go on that website, there are I think two labs. One is LabQuest, other is one more lab. You can go there, walk in without prescription, without any, you can really go and give your blood. At that time, July 2019, it was $20. Now it must be $35. I don't know. But you can go and do it. So if you test your blood, you will know your fasting insurance. In healthy person, it should be near zero. At the most 10, maximum is 10. More than 10 is prediabetes. So you can do it. Now hyperinsulinemia, that is a name given for raised level of insulin, technically called hyperinsulinemia. And if you go on Google and put this word, you'll find thousands of research articles about hyperinsulanemia or raised level of insulin. And there is one thing in common in all the research papers that it is bad for health. What will happen? It will increase blood pressure, it will increase your weight, it will cause fat deposition, it will increase bad cholesterol, it will increase atherosclerotic changes, you'll have more chance of getting a heart attack. In women, it will be PCOD, PCOS, no, no children, some cancers, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes. So nothing good will happen if your insulin is more. And all the doctors on earth accept that more insulin is bad for you. There is no doubt and no debate about this. So the principle behind Dixie lifestyle is if your insulin is more, you become obese, you get insulin resistance and then type 2 diabetes. This is the principle. So whatever I am going to talk is only about type 2 diabetes. It's not about type 1 diabetes. The converse of the statement is if you can reduce your insulin, you will lose weight. You will become insulin sensitive and your diabetes will be controlled without medicine. And I'm going to explain you how this happens. If it is insulin that is causing all the problem, let us understand how it is secreted in your bodies. You know, there is a gland called pancreas in your body and beta cells in the pancreas. They secrete insulin. But they secret insulin in two different ways. One is called as baseline secretion. By that I mean 24 hours, your pancreas would go on secreting small amounts of insulin. 24 hours. The amount is about 18 to 32 units per day. And the peculiarity it is involuntary in nature. It is not in your control. You cannot start or stop. That's going to happen necessary for your survival. So that is the first type of insulin secretion that happens. The other type of insulin secretion is every time you eat, you will secret insulin. And it is expected that out of the total insulin that you require in a day, 50% should come by baseline, 50% by your eating episodes. So 18 to 32 units baseline, 18 to 32 units by eating episode. That is what is expected. The insulin that you secret because of eating episodes has three peculiarities. One, every time you will eat, you will secret a particular amount of insulin, which is different for different people. One may secret five units, other may secret 10, third may secret 13, fourth may secret 17 units of insulin after eating. Second peculiarity is if a person is secreting five units of insulin by eating one apple, and I give him two apples or three apples, then also he will secret more or less five units of insulin. So it is independent of the quantity of food consumed. There is some debate about this, some doctors don't agree. So I'm going to give you some references. Today I'm going, I'm not going to tell my opinions. I am going to give you evidence. Evidence are value. And third peculiarity is because it is a cyclical process. And when your body produces something, it uses some raw material. So if it has again produced that material, it has to recollect different raw materials. So some lag period is there. That period for insulin secretion is about 55 minutes. So in practical life, if you secret insulin now, for next 55 minutes, you will not secret it. Then again, you will secret. This has relation with our lifestyle data. So up till now, what I told you, I told you the principle that if your insulin is more, you become obese, you get insulin resistance and then type diabetes. And then I told how insulin is secreted in your body. I said there are two ways baseline secretion 18 to 32 units per day. Pecularity involuntary in nature beyond your control. You are supposed to secret 18 to 32 units by eating episodes, three peculiarities. Every time you need, you will secret a particular amount. Whether you eat less or more, you will secret similar amount. Once you secrete, you will not secret for the next 55 days. Are you with me up to this? Very good. Now let us understand what is the function of insulin. Now, why it is secreted after you eat? Because insulin is responsible to utilize the end products of digestion. You eat so many food items, chapati, rice, pickle, and sweets and all that. But ultimately, you are eating only three things carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in different proportions. But you are eating only three items. After digestion, carbohydrates are converted to glucose, proteins get converted to amino acids, fats get converted to fatty acids. So whatever you eat and in whatever quantities you eat, ultimately after digestion in the blood, the three end products will come. And insurance is responsible to utilize this end products. That's why it is secreted after you eat. Bodies are made up of crores of cells, and every cell requires energy for survival and functioning. If you add up the energy requirement of all the cells, it is your energy requirement. You are nothing but collection of cells. So we say on an average, you require about 2000 calories. On an average, if you are overweight, you are more into manual work, you require more calories. But on an average, it is 2000 calories. And how do you get these calories? The body has two legitimate fuels to burn. Because you have to build you have to burn fuel to get energy. It can be like your petrol, diesel, CNG, LPG, whatever it is. The body has two fuels. One is glucose. So if you burn one gram of glucose, you get four calories. Other fuel is fatty acid. You burn one gram of fatty acid, you get nine calories. So what you understand is that by burning fatty acid compared to glucose, you take you get 2.25 times more calories. So if you are a cell, what you like to burn? Glucose or fatty acid. Fatty acid is cost effective. So all the cells of the body are happy burning fatty acids. It is natural for them. The exception is the brain cell, they don't want fatty acid, they want glucose. So 70-80% blood glucose is used by the brain cells. Now there are two fuels, glucose and fatty acid, but it is a priority also, which to be used first, which to be used later. And the priority is very easy to understand. I give you two packets. In one packet, I give you Namkin, Aldiram, Bujia, other packet I give you malaipada. This is only example. Some people are fascinated by the idea. No plans of being alive. So out of the two, which you have to finish first. I'm not asking what you like the most, but what you have to finish is the first malapeda. It's a meal product, you cannot store it for a longer time. Similarly, what cannot be stored must be used first. So glucose cannot be stored. So glucose must be used first. So when the body has two options glucose and fatty acid, it will first use all the glucose, then it will go to fatty acid. Now you'll think that after your digestion, in the blood with a lot of glucose, and the blood will circulate and go to each and every cell of the body. What should happen now? Glucose from the blood should go to the cell, and cell should use it. But there is a difficulty. The difficulty is on every cell there is a lock. Technical language you call it as insulin receptor. What does that mean? There can be a lot of glucose in the blood. But unless and until the receptor locks are opened, glucose cannot go to the cells. So the first function of insulin is it is the key that opens the receptor lock and makes glucose go to the cell. That is the first function. That's why it is secreted after we eat. So the insulin keys will open the locks, make glucose go to the cells. No cells use it, they are happy and satisfied. But still, there is more glucose in your blood. Why? Because we eat carbs 80-85%. So after digestion, almost there is a flood of glucose in your blood. The cell requirement is over, but still there is more glucose. Now, insulin converts that extra glucose into a substance called glycogen and stores in your liver. What is glycogen? Nothing but aggregation of glucose molecules. And because it is to be stored in your liver, you cannot store 2 kg, 3 kg. There is the limit. Adults can store about 100 grams. Now, what is the purpose of storing this glycogen in your liver? Well, you know that. One gram glucose can give four calories. So 100 gram glycine can give 400 calories. So it is nothing but glucose. Suppose your meal time is 9 in the morning. You don't get anything to eat. Now it is 10, 12 to 4 p.m. You don't get anything to eat. You are not eating, but your brain is working. Actually, brain works more when you are fasting. Because only a hungry person can be focused. If you are fed, you are not focused. So earlier in the wars, the kings used to keep their soldiers starved for 48 hours and then make them go for water. They are focused. So your brain, kidney, everything requires the attire time, body will take out 100 grams of glycogen, break it down, and give you 400 calories. That's why nature has made provision. That if you may not eat, also, don't get anything to eat, your function should be there. So that's why glycogen is stored. So you understood two functions on issues. One, it is the key that opens receptor locks, makes glucose go to the cell. Second, converts extra glucose into glycogen and stores in your body. Now understand third function carefully. After these two functions are over, and if there is still glucose in the blood, which usually is because of our diets, insulin converts that extra glucose into fatty acids and stores this in your body as fats. So you don't have to eat oil, ghee, or butter to become obese. You can very well do it by eating idli, chapati, rice. Because the glucose present in wheat, javar, and rice is converted to fats. And who is the villain? Who is the culprit? Insulin is the culprit. Insulin has done this. So you came to the first aspect of the principle that more insulin makes you obese. Okay. Let us understand how it causes insulin resistance and type practice. So for that, we have to go back to the history of human beings. When we came on earth, we were living in jungles, not in houses. And we lived in jungles for six lakh years, not a long time. Last 10,000 years we are out of jungle. Out of that 7,000 years, we know agriculture. So all these rice, chapati, idli, this is all only 7000 years old. So when you are jungle, what are you eating? No agriculture, no rice, no chapati. So you are killing animals and eating. That was the only thing you knew that time. You cannot expect an animal to come to you at 8 30 in the morning and say, boss, no breakfast time. Nature is not kind, it's very cruel. The rule is survival of the fittest. You have to run band animal. Not only run, but run faster than that animal. Even if you kill the animal, you should be lucky. Otherwise, the tiger or lion will follow you. The tiger wants the same animal, then you have to run away. If that is the situation of a day-to-day eating, can you have the luxury of a bed tea and breakfast and a paeda from a temple and a vending machine, tea, coffee, and a masalapan, butterscotch, ice cream, birthday cake. Is it possible? The luxury was impossible. It was difficult to get food. So if you get today, next time you never know when it will happen. It was occasional. So it may be one month, it may be two months. It may not happen, you will die. That was the reality of our life. So our physiological cycle was feasting and fasting. So whenever you get food to eat, eat as much as possible. Till somebody will disturb you. You require 2000 calories, you eat 4000 calories. Insulin convert extra calories into fat and survive by burning that fat for the next 10-15 days when you don't get anything to eat. That was our life cycle. And it went very well in junkar. So our cells and bodies are designed for starvation under life, not for overeating. That's why, if you look at people who die because of starvation, hundred times more people die because of overeating or eating wrong food. Now, if cells are designed for starvation, for them, insulin is a guest, right? Because it comes when you eat, and eating happens after 15, 20, 30 days, nobody knows when it is going to happen. So, what is the expectation from the guest? That guest should come for two, three days, enjoy with us and go back. That is our expectation. Somebody comes to it for two days. You're happy, you will give him good food, go for a movie and all that. But the fellow will stay for two months. What happens? You're annoyed, irritated. It's not a behavior of a guest. But our culture says Atiti Devobh. So that time we don't say anything, we will tolerate. But next time he says, I am coming, he said, Don't come, I am going to some other place. That is your resistance to the guest. Because guest has not behaved like a guest. Now look at our lifestyle. Morning till night, people go on eating. Why do you eat? People say calories, proteins, minerals, vitamins. You are so clever nowadays to talk about selenium, molybdenum, whatsoever. But a real reason why you eat is you eat because you get to eat is no other reason. Because food is available, you eat. No other reason. People say so many reasons. I was alone, so I ate. Somebody says I was in company, so I ate. Somebody said people forced me to eat. Somebody says nobody asked me to eat, so I was angry and I ate. Somebody says I was happy, so I ate. Somebody said I was sad, so I ate. But when you ate because you are hungry, the only stipulation to eat should be hunger. You eat for all other reasons, except hunger. That's the problem. We eat out of convenience. We eat out of because somebody what he will feel. Somebody is offering something. If I say no, what will happen? So if you go on eating like this and you don't know that with just one Peda or two chafatis, you are going to secret your amount of insulin. And you do this 10 times in a day, and you secret five units every time. You are secreting 50 units of insulin, and you require about 18 to 32. So that 20 units extra will be in the blood. It will torture your cells. It has no moksha. And this is not only once it happened, it happens every day. So the cells are annoyed. They eagerly wait for Ikadeshi. Awesome fasting day. When you are supposed to fast, what that that day, what this fellow will do? Double carbon, double speed, double insured. So the cell says this fellow is not going to improve. If we want to survive, we must do something to protect ourselves. And what do they do? They do simple things. They change their shapes. They change their shapes. When they change the shape, the shape of receptor changes. Simple language, you have a lock. I hit the lock with hammer paint. What happens? Lock gets damaged, and the key will not work. Same thing happens. The fellow will eat something. There is glucose. That glucose tries to go to the cell. The key will like to open, but the lock is damaged. So lock cannot be opened, glucose cannot go to the cells. Cells are starved. Message goes to the brain that we are not getting the glucose. Now, brain will look into the bloodstream and find a lot of glucose. So brain thinks possibly my keys are less in number or my keys are not working properly. And both the situation, the brain will increase the dose of insulin from 5 units to 10 units. That is the fellow cannot do with 5 minutes. Now let me make it 10 units. So the person who was secreting 5 minutes of insulin after every eating episode starts ignitting 10 units of insulin. This is called as development of insulin resistance. And what you could do with 5 units, you require no 10 units. With more insulin, some glucose will go to the cells. Again, more loss gate damage, brain will make it 15, then 20, then 25, then 30, then 40. And ultimately, stage comes in the blood with a lot of insulin, lot of glucose. But now the resistance has increased so much so that glucose cannot go to the cells. Trapped in the bloodstream and passed through the urine. And because there's so much glucose in the blood, body cannot utilize the second legitimate fuel that is fatty acids. So it cannot use glucose, it cannot use fatty acid. It goes to the third fuel that is amino acids, which are present in proteins, which are present in muscles. So body will not use proteins for energy purpose. It is like mortgaging your house. Nobody will do it happily. We'll do it out of compulsion. Then body will start getting energy from proteins or muscles. There is muscle loss, weight loss, and go to the doctor. Then fasting sugar is 300, post-lunch 400, HBMC 8, 9, 10, and we label you as type 2 diabetes. So what I understood? Weight gain, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes are the milestones on the same highway. And what is the trigger? What is the cause behind all this? Raise level of insulin is the cause. Now I told you you failed in the exam because you are not studied. What is the solution? Study. If more insulin is causing problem, what is the answer? Reduce insulin level. Now, if you want to reduce insulin, I have already told you how it is secreted in your body. Now, can you do anything about a baseline secretion? You cannot do it, it is involuntary nature. But can you do something about insulin that is secreted because of your eating episodes that is in your hands? So, what you'll do from tomorrow? Eat less or eat less times? Eat less times. Eating less or more, insulin would be safe. So eating less is not the answer, but eating less times is the answer. And eating frequency determines your fasting emission level. There are a lot of references. In this presentation, what are written in red lines? These are either text two references or the research paper that I have published. There is a book called Williams' textbook of endocrinology, which Dr. Williams wrote for diabetologists. In that he experimented. He gave 20% calories in breakfast, 40% in lunch, 40% in dinner. And he measured the insulin secretion. What should happen if it depends on the quantity of food? Insulin secreted at lunch and dinner should be double that of the insulin secreted at breakfast. What are the observations? Williams said we found that insulin secretion was more or less the same. Who is saying this? Dr. Williams, who wrote a textbook for diabetes, not Dr. Gitch. So there is a textbook reference. And we published a research paper also by giving X2, X3X quantity of food to 18 volunteers on three consecutive days and measure their insulin levels at 0, 10, and 60 minutes. And we found that there is no linear relationship between quantity of food consumed and insulin secretary. And in thousands of patients, we have seen that by reducing eating frequency, fasting insulin level goes down. So there is a textbook reference, there is a research paper, there are thousands of practical examples. So reducing eating frequency is the key to reducing insulin level. So once we come to this, very easy to understand the lifestyle. The first thing is eat twice when you are really hungry. It can be any two times. You must find out when you are hungry. Many people don't understand when they're hungry. When they eat before they are hungry, they eat whenever food is there. So it can be any or two times. Some people are hungry in the morning, some are hungry in the afternoon. So there is no timetable. And there can be any gap between two, not eight hours, nine hours, ten hours. Some people will I eat at one and nine. So my gap is eight hours. Somebody will eat at eight in the morning, eight in the evening, twelve hours ago. Perfect for that person because he is hungry at that time. Why only twice? Because you are hungry only twice. What do you ask from God? Bhagwan Dhovakti Rotijani. What else you ask for? Only two meals. Nobody asks for four meals. Finish in 55 minutes. I'm not telling you to eat for 55 minutes. Understand a lot of confusion. If you do that, you will put on weight. So finish in 55 minutes because insulin secretion cycle is 55 days. And we want to secrete insulin only once in the meantime. So finish in 55 minutes. Normally you take only 25-30 minutes, not more than that. Reduce carbs increase proteins in your diet. But doesn't mean you have to buy some whey, j, g protein from market. You should get it from your food. You can easily get it. You don't require too much of proteins. You require only 0.83 grams per kilogram volume. If you are 70 kg, you require 60 grams. Two eggs, 13 grams. 100 grams of soyavine, 42 grams of proteins, 100 grams of sprouts, 20 grams of protein. So it's not difficult to get proteins. You can easily get it. If you are eating normal chicken, mutton, all that 20% proteins you will get. And very important, even if you are a non-diabetic, avoid sugar, jagger, honey, sugar substitute as much as possible. They're bad for you. And sugar is addictive in nature. More than alcohol and tobacco addiction in the world, more people die because of sugar addiction. So avoid even if you are a non-diabetic. If you're a diabetic, don't take it. And exercise. Walk four and a half kilometers, cycle 12 to 15 kilometers, or do Surinamaskar 45 at this stage. Any exercise that will burn 250 to 300 calories every day. So what is the lifestyle? Eat twice when you are really hungry. Finish in 55 minutes, max sub time, reduce carbs in this proteins, avoid sugars as much as possible, and exercise. This is the lifestyle. Now, this lifestyle is not for three types of people. Children below 18 years of age. They don't require this. But what is the ground reality? Children at 16, 17 years, daughter's weight is more than mother's weight, son's weight is more than father's weight. It is the reality. So many parents came to me. They said, Sir, you reduce our weight. What about these feeds? So I went to many pediatricians. I say, how many times they should eat? They said four times is good enough. They don't have to eat 10 times. So we started a program for the children, eight standard to 12 standards and we give four advices. First advice, you can eat maximum four times when you are hungry. Second, avoid sweets as much as possible. And as a as parents, we have we have this responsibility of not relating celebration with sweets. That way we are making them addict to sugars. Make them addict to proteins, make them give them almonds and walnuts. If you don't have money, give little bits, but don't give them peda with sugars. That is bad. Never touch a cold ring. Now, can can you eat 55 grams of sugar? Nobody can eat. But if I give you 100 500 milliliters of Sprite or Pepsi or Coca, Coca-Cola, you will drink in 10 minutes. 100 milliliter has got 11 grams of sugar, and you can finish that 500 mil in 10 minutes. And no child likes cold ring when you give it for the first time. Nobody likes it. And how this kid started, they start liking it. It is because of the parents, especially the fathers. Here, of course, you have got a stalker. And the child is very clever, eight centers, nine centers. The child will point at the other bottle and say, Papa, I want that. Papa says that is medicine for adults. You take this cold. That's how they get used to cold rings. So avoid coldry. And fourth important stop playing football on your mobile. Go to the ground and play for one hour. This is required for children. Pregnant lactatic mothers till the baby is nine months old, they should not follow. And patients of type 1 diabetes. Why? Because they don't produce insulin, this lifestyle will not help them. It will definitely help for type 2 diabetes. But don't do things on your own. I will be giving a number of two of my coordinators. Contact them, follow the protocol. Definitely, your medicines would be stopped. Those who raise their hands, their diabetes, I will stop their medicine in one year. Definitely follow the protocol. That's very important. Is there any support to what I say? Ira says, Dhaukal Hunjita. Eat twice when you are really hungry. I rather say the way you lead Agni Otra twice in a day at sunrise and sunset. Similarly, eat twice when your jataragni is at its peak. In Vedas, it is written if you eat twice, you get the punya of fasting. In Jainism, there is a concept called Bhasana. What is Basana? Bay Asam. Base too. Sit twice, eat twice. That is the advice. Ekasna also. Sit once, eat once. That is for sadhus. Patamudha told to follow us, if you want to be healthy, skip dinner, eat only because he was a yogi. What is the purpose of Ramza and Rosa in Islam? Every religion says that if you want to reach God, control your mouth. That's the first thing you have to control. Then other things would come in control. What is written in Mahabharata? We say our religious books. If you eat once, you get health. If you eat twice, you get strength. If you eat thrice, you get disease, and if you eat four times, you will die. We read, we don't understand. Does that mean if you eat four times tomorrow, you will die? No. The way we say that if you smoke a cigarette, you will get lung cancer. Not that you will get it tomorrow, but your journey has started. That's what Mahabharata is saying. And this saying is in all languages Telgu, Kannada, Mallala, all Indian languages. The Saints say if you eat once, you are a yogi. If you eat twice, you are a bogey like all of us. And if you eat thrice, you are a say loudly. All learned people have come out. But by this time, you have taken food at least six, seven times. And by the end of the day, it will be ten times. So by eating thrice, if you become a rogi by eating ten times, you become a maha rogi. That what is happening, it's not rocket science, it's very simple. These are old things. Now, what modern medicine is saying about it? The paper published by Dr. Madison, who is a professor of modern medicine. Meal frequency and timing in health and disease. How many times you eat? When you eat, what happens to your health? What is the conclusion? Madison says the most common eating pattern of having three meals and snacks every day is abnormal from an evolutionary perspective because you are a jungle animal, not designed to eat so many times. That's what Madison is saying. 2016 Nobel Prize has gone to a Japanese scientist for the concept called autophagy. What he said, if you fast, your normal cell should kill the cancer cells. What I'm telling you, if I eat at 1 and 9, 9 to 1, 16 hours fast. Somebody eats at 8 and 8, 12 hours fast, automatic. So it will help in autophagy also. Is it bad for diabetes? There's a study conducted at Truck published in a journal called Diabetologica, very famous journal. 54 diabetes on medicines were divided into two groups or 27 each. One group was asked to take six meals a day, which is normal advice, which your doctor has told you. Eat every three to four hours. That makes it six times. Other group was told to eat only two meals and they were followed. What they found, people taking two meals, their blood sugars were better controlled than those who are taking six meals. Then they said it may it can happen by chance. So let us cross over them now. This is called as a crossover clinical trial. So people eating two meals were asked to take six meals, and people taking six meals were asked to take two meals. Again, they were followed. They found that people shifting from two to six, their blood sugar control deranged. And we shifted from six to two, it improved. So the hypothesis was doubly true. So there is good evidence to say that it helps in diabetes also, it helps in everybody to reduce eating frequency. Now, what to eat in this lifestyle? I think maybe when I came in 2019, somebody asked, somebody asked the question what is the change? This is the change. That we have evolved over years. Earlier yesterday, okay, eat two meals. That is also good enough. But what do you say now is that you follow a sequence of put atoms? For that, you must know whether you're a diabetic, prediabetic, or non-diabetic. How do you know that? Non-diabetic, who is a non-diabetic? Doesn't take medicine for diabetes. Is HBMC is maximum up to 5.6 and insurin' maximum up to 10 is a non-diabetic. Who is a prediabetic? Doesn't take medicine for diabetes. HB1C 5.7 to 6.4, or insulin more than 10 is a prediabetic. Who is a diabetic? Either takes medicine for diabetes or HBOC 6.5 or in that context. If you are a non-diabetic, the start is with fruits, nuts, dry fruits, or sweet dish. Sweet dish is the last option. I'm not telling you to eat everyday sweet dish. But if you're you are a non-diabetic, you can take it. Then you take a bowl of salad. Bowl of salad is if you cut a medium-sized cucumber and tomato, whatever material is there, that much salad you can eat. It can be radish, it can be carrot, beet, it can be spinach, whatever you want, you can eat. Then you eat a bowl of sprouts or two boiled eggs. Sprouts can be raw, it can be boiled as per the digestive power. Once you finish these three items, you can eat whatever you want to eat. You know what pizza in your family and four members. You will cut it into four pieces. Your piece you can eat after these three items. You can eat panipuri, you can eat pawbaji, whatever you want to eat, you can eat. No problem. So there is nothing that you have craving about it. You can get everything, no problem. But follow the sequence. Never start your meal with rice or chocolate. Follow the sequence. If you have a prediabetic diabetic, start your meal with four almonds, four walnuts, or a piece full of groundnuts. Soak it overnight, start your meal with that. Then take a bowl of salad. In that you can take everything, but don't take carrot and beet. That increases blood sugar. Then take a bowl of sprouts or two boiled eggs and then eat whatever you want to eat, but no sweets and no fruits for diabetics and pre-diabetics. Because Alfonso mangoes have started coming. People are craving now. People wait for 10 months. People book three months back from Pratmagiri, Devukada, and whatever. But if you want to get rid of your diabetes, strict no to foods, including mangoes. So this is what you can eat in the 55-minute slot. What you can take in between two meals today, you actually eat it six, seven times. Overall you ship to two meals a day. Psychologically, you will have headache, weakness, and all that. So, what is allowed? Three things are allowed to everybody, irrespective of category. One is water, third, second is thin homemade buttermilk. Take two spoon soft, make 200 milliliter buttermilk. Third is plain green tea black tea or black coffee without any flavor, without addition of sugar, jagger, honey, sugar substitute. These three at You can take as many times as you want, as much as you want, no restriction. If you are a non-diabetic, you are allowed to take two more items. I'm not telling about your tender coconut water because it is not there. You can eat only package, that is not allowed. But you can take tea, coffee with 25% milk dilute without sugar, january, honey, sugar, substitute, or you can take one tomato in a day. But don't think of what you can take. Think how you can go to water. Water is the best. So I told you what you can eat in 55 minutes. I told you what you can take in between two minutes. There are many lifestyles in the world. Some people say eat every two hours. I'm telling you to eat only twice. Some people are so clever, they eat 55 minutes every two hours. They say we respect everybody. So my suggestion is don't trust anybody. Don't trust the optic. Trust your own experience. And to get experience, attending a lecture is not enough. Reading a book is not enough. Discussing, debating, arguing is not enough. What is necessary for experience is experiment. You have to do it, then only you will know whether it is it works or not. So out of 100 years of your life, give me three months. This lifestyle will give you four objective benefits. Objective, I'm sorry, that you can measure and demonstrate, not subjective, like feeling better and all. Four objective benefits. One you lose weight. How much? 6.8 kg in six months on an average. Range is three to forty-five kg. You know, if you have got more stock, you lose more. You will lose a tummy. How much? One and a half inches on average. Range is one to four inches. Life becomes beautiful. I always say this lecture is not only lecture that gives information, it's a life-changing experience. Lakes of people in the world have changed their life just by watching my lectures on YouTube. So it will happen to you also. So weight loss, inch loss. HBOC will reduce. You will be non-diabetic, HBOC is 5.5. You follow for three months, become 5.2, still better. And your fasting issue will go down. Fasting insulin is a proxy indicator of insulin resistance and impending type 2 diabetes. So more insulin, you are closer to type 2 diabetes. So if you are 16, it becomes 10. If you are 11, become 6, 7, still better. And if these four things happen because of any lifestyle, no doctor on earth can say it is bad for each. Every doctor has to accept it is good for them. So tomorrow measure all the parameters, follow for three months. Again, measure parameters. If you really get all these benefits, what I said, trust your own experience and make it a lifestyle. That's what I am saying. What we learned in the campaign, we learned that diabetes is underdiagnosed and it is over-treated. Why it is over-treated? Because all doctors, all textbooks accept that type 2 diabetes is a lifestyle disorder. So if the cause is lifestyle, this lifestyle derangement, the solution should be improved in lifestyle, cannot be medicines. And we are trying to tackle the lifestyle disorder by medicines. So we are failing. Now, what is the life? All guidelines say that when you are diagnosed with diabetes, first three months suggest clinical modification. But I'm very sure those who raise their hand they are having diabetes, the doctors have prescribed medicine the same day when they are diagnosed with your diabetes. So why not lifestyles? Because what is the lifestyle that is suggested? Small frequent meals and exercise. And have you seen any diabetes improving on that? What is the story of a diabetic? Start with metformin finding. After one year, it comes one gram, then becomes two grams, then glymepride, then goglypose, then some, then insulin, then dialysis, then amputation, then loss of vision. This is the story of all diabetics. Despite they are getting treated by very talented doctors in the world, correct? But every other story is the same. Why it is same? Because there is a fundamental mistake in our advice. In the advice of lifestyle modification, no patient has benefited by having small frequent bills. So the relatives know there's no benefit. Doctors prescribing also know the fellow is going to come to me for lifetime. So nobody prescribes lifestyle. So it is overtreated. More than blood sugar, we should be worried about the end organ damage in diabetes. And there is no evidence to say that if your blood sugar is 400 for six months, your kidneys are damaged. Or if blood sugar is 300 for one year, your retina is damaged. There's no evidence like that. The only evidence is more sugar is bad for you. So if there is no end organ damage for any sugar level, any NGOC, you can safely prescribe bitshake life. In my PUDA center, I have prescribed it to a patient with 16.78. Average blood sugar is more than 480. And in four months, he has gone below six without medicine, without spending a single rupee. Many examples like that. So it is not the absolute value of blood sugar or HVNC, but it is the end organ damage that should decide whether you can prescribe lifestyle or not. Hypoglycemia is an opportunity to reduce the dose of diabetes medicine. This is very important. What happens today? Suppose somebody is taking glibupride 1 milligram at lunch. At 4, he gets sweating, shaking of hands, darkness before eyes. He's afraid you'll call the doctor. And doctor says you are into hypo. Eat something sweet. Necessary because if your blood sugar goes down, you line into coma, you may die. But understand the psychology of the patient. Today he got hypo at 4. Tomorrow, the patient is waiting for hypo from 3 30 in the afternoon. Psychologist, he feels that it's a bad feeling. He doesn't want it. He'll wait for 15-20 minutes and then he'll eat something sweet without getting hypo. So when he comes to me after a month, HBOC is born. More HBOC, more medicine. More medicine, more hypo. More hypo, more sweets. This vicious cycle continues. What my doctor will do at the center today, he will advise to eat something sweet necessary. But tomorrow his glymepride will he will reduce from 1 milligram to 0.5 milligram. So he won't get hypo. No, he will get up to 10-15 days. Then you stop his glimmepride. That is the only way of diabetic remission. And the same way we have caused diabetic remission in at least 2000 people in India. In my pune center, there are 492 people without medicines. This happened only because of this principle. And sooner our diabetes understand this principle, better it will be for diabetes. People say you lose weight, everything will be all right. But some diabetics are thin, they don't have anything to lose. They lost weight because of uncontrolled diabetes or medicine like metaphobic. So when they follow this lifestyle, the sugar control improves. Actually, they put on weight, they don't lose weight. In seven months losing about 25 kg, and HBOC reduced by from 15.6 to 5.4, 10.2% reduction in seven months. Without spending a single rupee, without spending money, we became non-diabetic. This story, March 2022. Now gap of almost four and a half years or four years. Still is not taking any medicine for diabetes. What I'm telling you this, Vu could follow it for four years at least after diabetic remission. It's a sustainable lifestyle. Now he lost 25 kg, HBOC reduced by 10%. Second example, Santosh Koreka. In three months, he lost only 3 kg. But HBOC reduced by 5.2 percent, 11 to 5.8. So 5.2 percent reduction. So everybody doesn't have to lose 25 kg to get the benefit. If you have got more stock, you will lose more. There are many such success stories in my mobile area, at least 500 stories with before-after charts and everything, before after just charts. Recently, we published this research paper, a case report, HBOC reduced by 5 gram percent in one month, and all research says that any medicine can reduce HBOC by a maximum 2.8 gram percent in three months. So lifestyle is so powerful as compared to medicines. There are many research papers published, and you can go on Google and find out Dr. Gish's research papers, you will get all of them. Now, after listening to all this, you must have thought that let's let me try this. But what difficulties you'll get? First difficulty Indian population. How to get rid of tea with sugar in the morning. Husband can divorce his wife, wife can divorce husband, but not they won't get rid of tea with sugar. That's the because India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, these are only three countries. We drink tea by cooking it. No other country does that. So they'll give you separately hot water, tea powder, this dip dip, milk separately, and sugar separately. They say you spoil your tea. We don't know to do it. So understand it's addictive, sugar is addictive. Your cake is not tea, it is sugar that you want. So this addiction you can definitely get rid of in eight days. So drink tea without sugar for eight days. Ninth day you will not like tea with sugar. That is guaranteed. So do this Jagannath Varat for eight days. Drink tea without sugar. Ninth day you will not like TV sugar. So what you consider as a matter of life and death is a question of determination of eight days, not more than that. People say if I get weakness, I work in the company, office, house, wherever. If you have 70 kg, you have got 13 kg of fat in the body. That means you have got 120,000 calories stock. And how much you require every day? 2000. So 60 days, if you don't eat anything, drink water, you will not die. I can give it to you on a bond paper as a doctor. So all is headache and all is a psychological. Drink enough water. How to skip breakfast? Because if you skip breakfast, you're a heart attack, this and that. So I'm not telling you to skip anything. What I'm telling you to eat when you're hungry. If you eat when you're not hungry, you get indigestion. If you don't eat when you're hungry, you get acidity. Common sense. You have experienced this. Have I told you to eat at 8 or 9 or 10 or 12? No, I said eat when you're hungry. If you are hungry at 9, eat at 10. What is the problem? You call it breakfast, I call it first break. That's the only difference. So, nothing to skip, eat twice when you are really hungry. When to take medicines, normal acidity issues. Are there people with acidity issues? So, what your doctor has said, eat small meals, right? Has it solved your problem? That's why you're handed like this. It will never solve the problem if you eat multiple times. Not going to solve the acid secretion, like also same. Some insulin will be secreted. Some acid will be secreted by eating. But if you eat only one biscuit, some acid is used, some will be in the stomach. Acid remaining in the stomach will cause this problem, acidity. So people eating two good meals, complete meals, body gets time to fine-tune of what acid secretion, and all the acid gets used. So in one month or so, the acidity problem vanishes. 30% success to the campaign of the people saying acidity is gone. Yours also will go, don't worry. First thing is eat twice when you are really hungry. Don't eat out of convenience, eat out of hunger. 80% acidity problem gone. Drink 2 to 4 liters of water, 10 more percent problem gone. And maybe for first six, seven, eight days, you may have to take medicine for acidity, but in a month or so, this problem will vanish forever. Don't worry. How to take medicines? Hypothyroidism is a problem in many women. You take thyroid as it is, what you are taking in the fasting state in the morning. Take it as it is, no problem. All other medicines, either we give once or twice in a day. So there are two slots of 55 minutes. Adjust in that and take. If you are seriously ill admitted to the hospital and you are asked to take four meals or five minutes, take it, no problem. Get cured, then start life care. No lifestyle is more important than your life. So I answered most of your questions. Now, what success we got in the campaign? We are reached 43 countries with millions of properties. The prime minister of the country inviting a doctor professor itself is an achievement. We run 15 diabetes reversal centers out of the Nakpur Pune Nassi, three centers run every day. I am following about 35,000 diabetics. 2,000 people are in diabetes revision, and the world is talking about direct trial, where only 140 people were in diabetes revision, and we are talking about hundreds of people. Because of this campaign, the cost of the case, HBNC fasting issues, which is 1400 rupees, has reduced to 650 rupees all over India, and Metropolis gives at 650 rupees all over India because of the campaign. There also we are running this campaign. This was December 2019 when I went to Delhi and gave lectures to Prime Minister of his staff, which included from his driver to his chief scientific advisor. Then I gave lectures to SPG and their families. Then I gave a lecture in parliament to MPs, to 50 MPs who attended that lecture. Then I met Bodhiji. He gave me about 15-20 minutes of time. He discussed with me the lifestyle. And after five months, a news came in Dynigmaskar, which is a popular daily popular Hindi daily in central India. Journalists asked Bodhiji what is your diet plan? And the heading of the news is PM Modhika diet plan. So possibly the Primas of the country also follows this lifestyle. I am saying possibly because he is a politician. But it is what he said, not what I said. Many books that we wrote on this subject effortless weight loss and diabetes, diabetes reversal, is in Marathi, Hindi, English, Gujarati, Kannat. Then healthful diet. This book is about people if you have got hypothyroidism, if you have got hypertension, how to adjust your meals for the lifestyle. Success story books are there, 91 success stories and all. Unfortunately, we got about 90-95 books. If you want to buy this book, you can give $10 for the book to Rahul. Uh yeah, me or Rahul Bahira. Rahul Bharira, you can give your person, and we'll send it by courier. We'll send it by courier. So you can book that and you can give the money to okay. Campaign is free, books are not free. This is the YouTube channel, Dr. Bikshi. More than one live subscribers, but people who are prescribing unscientific, irrational things have got millions of followers, and a professor who is telling science has got only one live subscribers. The credit goes to the society. So it is our responsibility to share the proper knowledge. So look at this channel, subscribe it, share in your family groups. Because to reverse somebody's diabetes, you don't have to become a doctor. You should have a good intention. Because if anybody knows that diabetes can be controlled without medicine by following lifestyle, every wise man, after getting diagnosed with diabetes, will follow lifestyle. Nobody will go for medicine, that's for sure. And this is your job to at least share this information. You can take a photograph of this light. These are two coordinators whom you can send message either for you or for your families, anybody you want to help. And Prashant is from Austin. So your time zone will match. He will be able to guide you properly because Indian lot of problems day and night. But you can contact Lena also, no problem. Either of the two. And HBNC fasting, if you don't say that we are in USA, we cannot do initially. Go to that walkinglab.com, get it done and send the reports. And prescription if you are taking medicines for diabetes, they'll guide properly. We have founded this plus association for diabetes and obesity reversal, non-profit organization. So that this message goes our aim is to make this world free of obesity and diabetes. And we run centers. Now we want to spread our message to many cities of India, many many parts of the world. And for that, we require support from people like all of you. Our future plan is to start a virtual diabetes reversal center so that because many people want to talk to me, they want to see me, get guidance from me. So Raoul is helping in that. He is developing a health platform called Swastham, on which this virtual center would be there. Possibly we want to start on the 15th of August, hopefully. So anybody from the world can get advice. That is the idea. And we don't have FCRA, so you cannot take your dollars. But you are you have got relatives in India, so you can take money from your Indian relatives in Indian rupees. So you can make some arrangement like that. So similarly, what you have done is that Rahul, I give numbers of Ojaswini, Anaga Matre from Seattle, Bhakti from California, and Rahul. So they have got their Venmo accounts and all that. So if you can donate to them, then they will do the needful so that we get the donation in our rupees without any problem. And before giving, don't be enthusiastic and transfer money because if you give in dollars, we will have a penalty. When money comes to our account, we'll have to file we have to give some fine of 20,000, 20,000 rupees. So without getting your money, we'll have to pay money. So if at all you have to do something, talk to Ravijadhanatan so that he will guide you properly how to do it. But the best way is these four people. These are the references of resource papers on the basis of which I have given it this lecture. As I said, I am not talking about opinions, I am giving evidence. What to expect from you? First day, as I said, don't trust me, trust your own experience. To get experience, do experiment. Now why am traveling so much? I came and the same day, I'm going to say at the same day, there is a lecture. Last time when I came in 20 days, I gave 23 lectures. Last 13 years I am traveling at least 200 kilometers every day in my car. My driver said in 10 years, 777 days, we are in the car. I'm doing this because I know I have something that helps people of this country, people of the world. So if I'm not doing that, it means it's a social crime. That's why I am going and traveling to places. Diabetes is a very serious problem. It causes complications on kidney, retina, nerves, heart, liver, no organ is left except nails and hair. All other organs can be can get complications of diabetes. And it's a very costly disease, also. So if there is amputation of leg, loss of vision, it's a very miserable life. Miserable life. So in that scenario, dark scenario, somebody is telling you a lifestyle that is free, doesn't require doctor, expert, machine powder, you can follow it happily for lifetime. Not only it is supported by wear, iron, religion, culture, tradition, saints, but it's also supported by modern medicine. Not only can it causes weight loss, but it can cause, it can reduce your blood pressure, it can reduce your bad cholesterol, it can help you in psoriasis, bronchial astoma, thyroid. If you don't have diabetes, you will never get it. If you have a diabetes, you can control your medicine with this lifestyle. Then I think as a responsible citizen, it is our duty to give it a try. I'm not saying trust, but give it a try. If it works, make it a lifestyle and promote this idea. Because no pharma company is going to help me, no judicial product company is going to help me. It is only wise people like you who, after getting convinced with this lifestyle, are going to support this campaign. This campaign doesn't belong to only my mentor, like Dr. Jiskar, or me or my 150 coordinators. It is a campaign of all of us because we want to live life without medicines. We don't want to give our health in the hands of doctors. Doctors can treat disease. Doctors have no role to play in our health. Our health is our responsibility, and that can only happen if we follow a healthy lifestyle. So I wish you a healthy life and thank you so much for the patient.
